I have never been so disrespected in my whole life at a convenience store. I buy a chocolate chip croissant and a fountain drink put my number in for 7-Eleven rewards this was in between 7:20 a.m. and 7:28 a.m. on Friday June 21st 2024. I asked for napkins he refuses me napkins and accuses me of eating a croissant in his store and stealing one saying that I have to pay for two when I have only one in my bag. I'm already having a bad enough morning and I've never stole in my life and I am so offended and I think they should shut that store down if anybody like that is working in there.. and since he didn't have napkins for me he accused me of stealing and would not let me use the restroom being a paying customer. All I was trying to do is get my drink and my food and get to work so I can get back to my little boy at home what an evil man he needs to be fired he is disrespectful and rude as hell I hope they check the cameras on how he treats people because the camera would show that I am not a thief and I'm very very offended

Such a beautiful store and a prime location. But the whole team needs more training. Rude unprofessional staff. They lock the doors from5-6 just to talk amongst themselves. They talk down on their customers. Had one lady tell me to shop at Wawa if I wasn’t happy. I just might take her up on that offer.

Every food product is expired in this store. Got food poisoning after eating a bag of pretzels that were expired by over a year. Went back to the store to inform the staff upon which I look at expiration date on other products. Nearly everything I picked up was expired by months if not years. Do not buy anything from here

There is an employee working here named Liz she used to work at ihop down the street she is addicted to fentanyl she seduced my husband that she met at the restaurant she worked at and he almost died two times while hanging out with her watch out ladies

Working at a demolition job nearby. Had to take a quick 5 minute break to get here to get a Starbucks of special shot literally every single soda and drink is hot and the refrigeration isn't working So I'll have to probably go back without caffeine screw this place

Employee names Rob was nice, positive and charismatic thanks for him being in a good mood.The store was also cleaner than any 7-11 i ever seen which is surprising to me cuz all of them are always messy. Didn’t have napkins tho but overall best 7-11 i seen in the whole city. Shocking.
