No public restroom or nachos:(
I have taken to time to submit to your experience link. It was actually WAY worse than the simple sentence I wrote about BOTH this and the next location. Both claim they have no BATHROOMS and neither had nacho, which I went after. I had good memories of 711 from the 80s, WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?
It was bad enough for me to spend time doing this !

No napkins, packaged products not put away on display in everyone’s way on the counter spaces, and the employee charged me 5$ for 2 slurpee refills.

Refused mobile payment.. suggested I was going to corporate to complain. In retaliation he called the police... Corruption in store...price changing.. having a porl allergy I politely asked if there was pork in the ¼ hot dogs told me I don't know either you want it or not asked them check the hot ox and refused . Nice way of doing busy. And yes a complaint was put into corporate office after this

Today, February 17, 9:30 p.m., my family and I have gone through the worst treatment towards us. It turns out that today we went to fill up with gas and out of nowhere the machine didn't work and we had already paid 25 dollars. We approached the cashier and if not I'm wrong, her name was Sam to explain to her in the best possible way that the machine was not loading us, the girl did not give us explanations and pretended that we were not there and from one moment to the next she began to insult us in a way that we had never experienced in the USA , because she said rude things to us non-stop, we told her to give us our money back and so we didn't go and she started telling us that we were rude and racist to her when she treated a girl who was from Chile before us in the same way, I mean She was the racist because she only mistreated people who didn't speak English very well because she didn't mistreat people who spoke English. In short, the disrespectful and racist girl mistreated us loudly, and if this is not resolved with said establishment, whether by firing her or something possible, we will file a complaint against the establishment and the lady.

it’s a good place to pick up drinks and things you need if you’re staying at a nearby hotel like universals endless summer resort. however, i wouldn’t recommend anything off the rollers. the tongs were absolutely disgusting when i picked them up. they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in at least a week and had residue and chunks of stuff all over them. it was disgusting. needless to say if i bought food from here it would only be prepackaged and food.

I use to work here and the Haitian lady named Miller would have a tantrum every shift being rude and disrespectful to other employees ( myself) and Customers. I told mangers and owner and they didn't care. She threatened physical violence towards me. So I quit.. I saw her threaten customers regularly accusing everyone for stealing ( when they weren't) She is extremely mean and obnoxious to most customers. She told me before. She hates all ppl except ppl from her country. How and why does 7'11 alow this awful customer service by their employees???
