the person working as the clerk refused to allow me to take my items, after showing him the receipt and explaining to him and showing him that the items were clearly payed for and that the 7-eleven app has a function where I can pay through the app. He finally relented when I said multiple times to call his boss, and that I wouldn't leave without my items, and asked me for the store number, which I showed him. He said not to pay with the app again, and I told him that he should ask his boss and that 7-eleven policy is to let you pay with the app. will not be coming back to this location again. Biggest waste of 15 minutes on my way to work.

Store is under new management from past one year and I see lots of improvement has been done. Staff is friendly and store is always clean . All pumps are safe and secured to use credit card. Go inside the store for exiting offers on snacks and beverages .

I go to this gas station all the time.
I grab my beer and snacks here cuz it's close to the house.
I'm also a big lottery customer.
But lately this gas station has an issue with their lottery,
If it's a big drawing or the one clerk is overwhelmed I've continually been told that the lottery machine is down!
Plus you should be able to redeem tickets until 12:00 midnight That's when the machine shuts down.
But at this store they shut the machine down around 9:00 and 10:00.
So if you're a late person you can't get your lottery needs met here.
I am also a retail manager.
I will be contacting your local lottery rep I'm sure they will not be happy with the practices you are implementing.
Because They are losing money!!!

Witnessed the guy behind the counter tell the customer to go back to his own country. Every time I go to this 7-11 I see the most rude employees I’ve ever seen. Absolutely the worst gas station in central Florida.

This was the worst expirience in a 7eleven I ever had , worst customer service ever had. I felt discriminated .first I tried to pump gas and after sweeping card and entering pin it said see cashier , then when we went inside we were. Followed by employee like were going to steal somethig then I wanted to make payment to buy gas and sodas $50 total tryed using my 5cent discount thru rewards and was told it was discontinued then went to bathroom and I came out 3 of them ganged up on me and told me I was there for 20min I told them check your camaras and didn't now you have time limit in restroom of course I did not stay in there for 20min I drove from Tampa had to fill up on gas and use restroom.Im a American citizen and also ex employee of 7eleven that's not the culture to treat a customer. I'm going to place a complaint to better business berou to complain and my bank card better not be compromised for skimming.my brother inlaw also bought other stuff.

Only 4 pumps, and if two are used at the same time across from each other, then pumping is extremely slow. no credit card tap. The most frustrating part is people who visit this gas station seem to think after pumping gas, they can remain parked in front of the pump and go inside for five minutes, it is absurd. I make it a point to avoid this gas station at almost all cost, and I would recommend you do the same.

One of the friendliest 7/11’s I’ve been to! Super convenient, and one of the clerks always tells me which coffee is the freshest. When pumping gas I recommend going around the back.
