⚠️!!DO NOT LISTEN TO 5 STAR REVIEWS!!⚠️Absolutely rude staff. All I wanted was to get a bag of chips, but the cashier was rude, and wasted time without doing the transaction. I was so annoyed that I immediately left without the chips. Orlando needs respect ??.And 7-Eleven doesn’t do anything about it. One review said “Really bad experience,” but 7-Eleven replied “We are glad you had a great experience!” Like what?

Bought a bag of pork rinds Sun Aug 6....opened them next day, notice not fresh and stale..looked at date on the bag said best before Mar 23... stopped in on Tuesday to let them know and what I got was accused of not buying them, asked for a receipt, told them I did not have one....she went to area and found 2 bags that had expired in May...I told her you see I wasn't lying...she told me to get out and that she was the manager and no one else higher...... terrible customer service and was threaten on the way out by other people stocking candy.... guess they mistook me for the homeless and hookers that beg outside the store.

Don’t go there , employees close the bathrooms so they don’t have to clean then and they yell and curse me out yesterday because it was an emergency and I really had to go.. she said the bathrooms are for employee only , I always stop there to get a snack , drink and use the restrooms , guess I will not be backI was there between 12-1pm and the cashier was blonde ,

Nothing more annoying than when there's 20 people in line three people behind the counter working and only one person running a cash register while the other two talk about their personal life or act like they're putting something away meanwhile the other person work in the cash register is working hard and we're standing there trying to get out of this in and out of this convenient store get it LOL

Under new ownership and I can tell the difference when going in. Store is clean, food is fresh and employees are very friendly. This is a really big change from how it use to be. This will be my go to 711 from now on

This particular 7-Eleven is located on the corner of East Colonial Drive and Econlockhatchee Trail. It is a bit strange that it is right next door to another 7-Eleven, I do not know if they have plans on tearing one down or what, but I found it odd. The gas station is clean enough and it does have a car wash on the property. The inside has the usual convenience store items that you expect at a 7-Eleven. It is a decent sized property and it was not too difficult to get in and out of this particular 7-Eleven. The gas prices are in line with what the other gas stations in the area are charging. Well there is nothing truly exceptional about this gas station that stands out, it does do the job that it is intended for. You can fill up your car and maybe grab a soda or a water. Maybe you can even grab a hot dog or something to eat like potato chips or something. I am going to give it three stars for being an average gas station.

The cashier is extremely rude. My husband asked if he could use the restroom and the cashier told him “no, not on his watch.”My husband continued with paying for his soda and the cashier kept talking to him extremely rude. What a shame for the business to have such an incompetent employee.
