If I could give this zero stars I would. I see why there’s a lot of bad reviews. The guy working in the front had an attitude problem and no customer service skills. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers and had a whole argument with me when I was trying to put gas on my pump since the pump wouldn’t work and I explained that to him. Instead of arguing he could have just put the gas on the pump. I was in a rush to work and just needed him to put the gas on my pump. If you don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be working here lol. Had a damn attitude problem. Learn how to talk to customers. He was super rude. I worked in customer service for years so I know how it is to talk to your customers and not to give attitude. Maybe don’t work at a gas station just saying.

It's been my favorite 7-Eleven for more than a year now, however, the new guy from the night shift got no customer service skills, he is always rude and will literally be starting verbal argument with the clients for no reasons. I hope this issue will be addressed.

The worst place in Orlando.
Bad treatment for customers and they sell bad products and don’t let customers get their money back. I will never put my feet in this place again.

I recently stopped by the new 7-Eleven in Orlando and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the excellent service and the cleanliness of the store. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that everything went smoothly during my visit. The store itself was well-organized and stocked with a wide variety of products, making it easy to find what I needed.I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the store clean and inviting. Everything was neatly arranged, and the aisles were easy to navigate.Overall, I had a great experience at the new 7-Eleven in Orlando. I will definitely be stopping by again in the future. Highly recommended!

A standard representative of the franchise. Easy fill-up and a variety of items (snacks, drinks, sundries, etc.) in the store. The staff neither rude or friendly, mainly remote and uninterested. We do wish the pumps would print receipts; so one doesn't need to trek inside, if in a hurry or it's raining.

It's been 2 years now, but I got to thinking about this place today. When I lived in Florida, I was homeless due to losing my job in Michigan to Covid. Being single and 26, there wasn't much relief for people like me when they laid people off work due to the state shutting down businesses. I was here escaping the cold. I kept clean and presentable. But I'd shop here just about everyday for my essentials and lived off of flipping storage auctions right next door. I loved the people working there. They were awesome people. The owner however didn't know my situation. I worked for a full week before I told him my situation. That evening after my shift, he had one of his regular employees call me to tell me I was fired. I was devastated as I was so close to getting a place nearby and was looking forward to a full check to put down for the place. But here's the thing, I am so grateful he did. After that happened, I started working at volcano bay. I spent the season there until I decided Florida was not the place for me. All the snobby entitled people who look down on others were destroying my hope in humanity. I've since moved to Hawaii and live in a nice house and have a good job now. If it wasn't for his snobby self who owned like 5 cars and owned the franchise thanks to his mommy and daddy I would have been stuck in retail working for a total prick.Thank you for giving me the opportunity that changed my life forever. If it wasn't for your paranoia and status boosted ego, I would have never made the leap of faith I did.
