Morning staff was friendly, store was pretty clean and the restroom was surprisingly cleaner than most 7/11s. The soap and hand sanitizer dispenser was very low, soap hardly came out.

AC worked great. Has a car wash & decent convenience items. Customer service is typical. Area is okay... I would suggest quickly pumping your gas.

Paid for an $8 car wash and $2 in gas at the pump, no receipt came out and the 24 hour store was closed and this was 3pm, with no one there, no notice on the door so I am out $8.

The store manager is horrible. Someone needs to fire this guy, he belittles his wife and screams at her, and is so rude everytime I go in there, he always looks at me like I'm going to steal something... Sir you literally have problems

Avoid this place if you don't want to have someone be quick to assume and accuse you of trying to steal.I was unfamiliar with the place. On my first visit after moving here, I was treated very poorly, yelled at, and had the cops called on me for something that could have just been a discussion.I've been trying not to use plastic so I bring in reusable tote bags everywhere. They have nothing in them. It's literally just the same tote bags I use at Publix. The drinks I got were too much to hold so I set them in my re-usable tote (which I use this way everywhere without ever having an issue) while I called my husband and asked which donut he wanted. I was going to pick out a donut and some coffee and the shop owner came over and asked for my bag. I said sure thing and handed it over.He called the cops and said I was shop lifting. I never tried to leave with anything like what? I never even went near the door. I set it in my bag to have my hands free to grab a donut and make coffee... if my husband liked the donuts and coffee he literally would have been a regular customer for this guy but not after this.I told him I just needed my hands free and he yelled at me saying no one would ever simply set their drinks in an empty re-usable bag to have a free hand. That it means I was trying to conceal it and steal. I thought a re-usable bag was fine if it was clear I wasn't trying to leave with anything. I never even knew such a thing as "concealment" existed. I looked it up after and It is in the law that placing something in a bag can be a thing. But literally no one ever told me or ever said anything before, and I have used totes that way for years. I imagine they just watch me and when I don't ever go for the door, then they never say anything I think? Like maybe most people don't assume the worst unless you go near the door, and it's up to their discretion? Because I have never had it be an issue.I was blatantly obvious about using my bag because I didn't know it wasn't allowed. I'm pretty sure a shoplifter would be sneakier instead of doing everything out in the open. All he had to do was just say "hey, we don't like people placing things in bags here, please set anything you can't carry on the counter and we will hold it for you" (since that is how he wants it done). I literally would have happily done so if I just knew that was the rule. Instead he assumed without talking to me or letting me know how he wants things done and jumped straight to calling the police.Like literally just talking to me like a human being instead of assuming the worst and accusing me of things I showed no intent of doing and would never do was all that needed to happen here (to me intent is going near the door and not just trying to have a hand free).Thankfully nothing came of it since I have no record of anything not even traffic tickets so I guess the cops understood that I just didn't know it would be an issue in a gas station. They told me just because Publix allows the bags doesn't mean other places will, and I should check with each place first. (Which I will do in the future.)I'll never go near this place in my life though and have told everyone I know in the area, and my whole family to avoid the place when they visit.
