Had the worst experience in have ever had at a convenience store while dealing with your manager Tricia. Got a big gulp Extra large which was priced at $1.59. I go to the register to pay for my drink and it came to1.91. It wasn't the fact that they overcharged me; its the fact that the cashier; who told me i had to wait, as he took care of a customer AFTER ME, HE THEN goes and looks at the price,,,, AFTER HE TOOK CARE OF THE CUSTOMER,,, AND TELLS ME,,,, SIR IM SORRY THATS PRICE DESPITE WHAT THE PRICE SAYS ON THE SODA MACHINE. He tells me that I can talk to the manager,,, "Tricia". That manager then proceeds to tell me that the price is $1.79,,, DESPITE IT BEING LISTED AS $1.59 on the MACHINE!!!! She tells me that I can pay the $1.91,,, or I can leave the store without the drink and takes the soda from my hand and ai kid you not,,,, THROWS THE DRINK AWAY RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!! HOW DESPERATE IS 7-ELEVEN to have these kind of immoral human beings working at there establishment????? Can you imagine being so nasty and disrespectful that you would literally throw something in the garbage over 20 cents???? This was the most disgusting display of customer service that I HAVE EVER SEEN... EVER!!!!! THE MANAGER,,, "TRICIA" LOOKED like she just rolled at bed and put on some DIRTY CLOTHES that had been worn for 30 hours previously; I KID YOU NOT. I honestly thought she was a homeless person when I saw her walking from the drink cooler and then she proceeds to tell me that she was the manager. What in the world is going on with the owners of this 7-eleven???? Do they know who is representing them?????? I am a hard-working professional who values good customer service and I am having a very hard time digesting this encounter. This is not last you will hear from me 7-eleven with your nasty, disrespectful customer service. Outrageous is an understatement with what is occuring at what is probably a daily occurrence at this location.

I have lived down the road from this 7/11 for 8 years and this is consistently my favorite store anywhere on Earth. The staff is so friendly and their manager, Jessica, has turned a very good store into the best in the state (and probably the world). I am so thankful to have this store in my community, and thank you again to Jess and the team for the years of service and kindness!!!

My son stopped by to get some snacks and the lady behind the counter was telling him that she had just tested positive for the new Covid variant and really was not feeling well. The other person working in the store was wearing a mask and was busy disinfecting and mopping but the person who had just complained about how the Covid was making her feel had no mask or any other protection. I am very disappointed in their lack of concern for their customers or staff and will not be going to this 7-11 any more!!

Went with my kid who I am teaching to drive so I had her line up out of the way by a sidewalk. Because it was behind the car of the cashier he decided to give me an attitude and proceeded to stare me down until I had enough and decided to ask why he was staring at me like I did something. First off your parked in a space that clearly states no parking so why you bugging about mine. Second the night before I came in with my nephew and the same cashier gave me an attitude over me asking him about a special they had on the door. If you don’t like your job don’t do it. Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 I would. They should have ways to contact the manager.

Would give them a 5 star but not all of the crew wear masks. Even vaccinated they can spread Covid, they interact with many different individuals in a shift and work with food so I find it important.

I was pumping gas early in the morning on 06/24 , probably around 5:45amThe gas station attendee was hitting on a woman pumping her gas.. through the intercom (loud speaker).. when other customers were present.They seemed like they knew each other but it was wildly unprofessional.Made me super uncomfortable.

Ali does a great job as a cashier. She asked for all that we needed ( cut my sandwich, napkins, recepit,etc) She was smiling all the time. Great job Ali, now this 7 11 is my favorite store.Great store, great sandwiches, hot dog and other food to go.

Dirty and rarely do they check pumps for towels and window sqeegees. Also the last FOUR times I gassed up... no recpts at pump!

Stopped by last night to pump diesel, used the hook on nozzle to lock while filling up as I went unto my truck for a few minutes as it pumped, eventually noticed that the diesel was leaking out by side of nozzle so there was a spill on the ground as well as side of my truck, notified the employees of what had occurred and was told that they would make an incident report and I could speak to a manager in the morning. Returned in the morning and had to wait over 15 minutes for the manager to show up and she seemed to be confused about what to do in the situation, a report was never made and she couldn't resolve the issue so I have to wait for the owner to reach out. The staff is not trained well and are were unprofessional.. 2 days later never received a call from owner to discuss the issue. As a business owner myself, I am very discouraged with this gas station don't plan on using their services again.

I just left there. I was trying to use the gas pump and it felt like it wasn't working. I had $7.95 worth and the pump wouldn't work anymore. I got in my car and the gas mileage never changed nor the needle. I had to leave quickly and called back and no one answered the phone.

Was treated poorly, unprofessionally, and very disappointed in the lack or customer courtesy. The team lead was very unhelpful. I will be contacting corporate about this incident
