I gotta give the cashiering gentleman credit for going out of his way to provide customer service even to the detriment of his own company. I inspected the grounds and observed several code violations throughout the property. Another note to be added was something I noticed during an influx of customer traffic the other two staff members on the clock did not make themselves present to monitor the situation. They left the cashier alone to focus on processing customer transactions and prevent theft. That's a flawed way to operate anywhere on o.b.t! I'm gracing yall with 3 stars with a blocked fire exit, product overstock on your floor and withstanding the fact that nobody secured the ladder behind the business either! You will arise further suspicions around me if you don't correct your drainage designs immediately! I don't got it out for all you 7s contrary to popular beliefs I want to see you get these actions right!

You never know what store I'm going to come to next I suggest you increase the standard in all your locations!

Stayed nearby at the Tiny Home Lake Community. This Seven Eleven not only was a lifeline for us, the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I stopped at this 7/11 for the first - and last time - today. I purchased the 8 piece chicken nuggets special for $3.49 and chose the fried chicken. When I got out to the car and drove away, I took my first bite and almost broke a tooth; the fried breading was THAT hard! I pulled over and checked them all. EVERY single one was like a brick. Sure enough, I looked at the "Enjoy by" time (which was on the BOTTOM of the container; brilliant place to keep it secret!) and it had 7:02 AM, having been prepared at 5:02 AM!!! In other words, it was almost SEVEN HOURS AFTER it should have been removed from the display. I am REALLY pissed off about it, and am just thankful that my teeth are still intact. Needless to say, I threw the pieces out and saved the container in case anyone from 7/11 actually cares about my experience and one-star review!!

It's easy to get in and out and it's good for the most part. But some of the pumps need some serious TLC. Especially because it looks like the tamper tape seems to be messed with on all the pumps

BIG sign saying 2 for $6.00large hard Mike's so when I get to register the price was $6.92 which is not correct based on their sign. I'm being overcharged and cheated. I get it's small change, but a BILLION DOLLAR corporation should not be cheating me. The pepper haired bearded cashier said nothing he can do, but you CAN honor your signs and you CAN be honest, but he is adamant. He has also dropped the F BOMB before with me, because I ask for my receipt that he does not provide for me, I have to ask for it, and get cursed at for asking. Be Advised, check the prices BEFORE you pay so you do not get cheated. I have proof of price, but just cannot post. I am forwarding that pic to Florida consumer agency so others do not get cheated.

Air pump doesn’t work. Vacuum is visibly broken. Trashcan is in the driving area of the parking lot- we’re lucky we didn’t hit it. Trash on the ground throughout the gas station, parking lot, and grass area.

I buy a slurpee size large its suppose 95 € the lady in there dont paid attention for be in her phone and i explain to her she charge me alot and she discuss with me and charge me 2 dollar and some change soo like too much because i work for 7 eleven too and i know its not that much untill the size xlarge in slurpee its not that much

Had what I needed and there were cute kittens with momma running around the lot. If someone you knows wants a kitten for Xmas they let you pet and pick them up!

The staff are super rude and too aggressive.Coffee machine needs cleaning in my past 3 visits and as a result you can't get coffee.The overal store is dirty most of the time.This place need to be sanction by franchisor.
