If I could I'd give them 0 stars, they tried to take advantage of edc even though it was an emergency and the supervisor who was trying to charge us 5 dollars cash for using the restroom for a feminine need was a female... Shame on you guys

I go into this 7-11 once a week on my new normal route and I must say this location has always been clean. There's usually 3 ladies, always with smiling faces behind the counter. I must give them credit when it due. Shoutiut to these amazing crew. Well done

The older black lady was very rude. I walked in and said good morning it was like I said nothing. So I went to hand her my lottery tickets she just walked off like I wasn't standing there. I wish I could give it an negative 10. People don't do customer service with if you don't have an customer service personality...

Though regular services they have NO PUBLIC RESTROOM supposedly. This is ridiculous! The restrooms are there. They just don't allow access! Stupid! Don't stop!

This place may be the worst 7-11 I've ever been in. The employees gave up a long time ago. They all have surly attitudes. The restrooms have been broken for months according to one employee. The roof is leaking and dripping on food. When asked why they have no coffee at 7pm on a Wednesday night, the employee said " They just don't" and I was the first person who asked in hours. She then tried to stare me down. The outside is tangled with tall weeds and trash. An animal has died close to the entrance and is rotting in the bushes. The stench will make you gag. My next phone call is to the Orlando Health Department.

I just went in this store and was treated very badly by the cashier Stacy. When I asked for Marlboro Black 100s she grabbed the wrong ones another customer in line was trying to help her out and then she blamed me because she does not smoke. Then I tried to buy some lottery tickets but some of the numbers were worn out so she yelled at me and reprimand me for not knowing the numbers. Terrible customer service. She talked to me like I needed some education. I think it would be wise to let her go.This is not the first time I was treated badly. Corporate needs to investigate the management and everyone else in this 7-Eleven. I walked in and the manager was wrestling with a customer. Literally play fighting and I asked if this was real or fun. Orange blossom trail in Florida is not a safe place. They are right next to the police station but that doesn't give them a right to to do whatever they want. I can not believe the customer service that is in these businesses in Florida. Florida is like Sodom and Gomorrah. The wrath of the Lord Jesus Christ is coming ?
