I go into this 7-11 once a week on my new normal route and I must say this location has always been clean. There's usually 3 ladies, always with smiling faces behind the counter. I must give them credit when it due. Shoutiut to these amazing crew. Well done

Convenient, always has a lot of hot menu foods prepared. Staff is not condescending or rude. Just helps you, and does their job. So I'd say convenience, decent cashiers and readily available items are my main reasons I visit. The neighborhood is bad tho ??♀️
