Visiting the area and staying in the Holiday Inn across the street. Came earlier to reload my cash app card which they refused, and then came around 2:30am and a hand-written sign was posted that they are closed for restocking as an employee was shoving a face full of food behind the grill.

Honestly im so unsatisfied with Samanthas performance here at this 7/11. Everytime I come in here shes not on task or the floors are cleaned. I wanted to come in and buy $1 buys and Samantha is saying she cannot give me my $1 Pie. She consistently has a attitude.

went to this location on accident thinking it was where I placed an order for uber eats pickup. the women working the counter was extremely rude in informing me I was ay the wrong location. I very kindly told her I was picking up an Uber order for (name)and she immediately replies with "not at this location you don't." immediate attitude for why? i wanted to confirm so i showed her the order confirmation and address on my phone, and rather than confirming i was at the wrong store, she asked me to look at the front door and didn't say anything else. I don't know who made her day so bad but honey i hope you find some joy in your life soon. five stars for the gem of a guy who is usually working at this location:)

The lady with the glasses who put up the sign for book bags is hostile and antagonistic. I always leave my bookbag up front everytime I go in and have gone to this location several times. However, one night I had food poisoning and it was almost 2 am and I forgot to leave it up front. She literally jumped down my throat about it and accused me of being argumentative when I was sick and about to pass out. I told her I was sorry and told her “ma’am i am not being argumentative, or being rude or disrespectful.” Then another day she jumped down my throat again saying “leave it at the counter” and i told her “i know i’m getting in line.” She seems to forget I know how to read signs. I told her she can go about it differently and not be so hostile and antagonistic. I told her I have enough going on as is and my hand started shaking and she saw it too. She was completely indifferent and didn’t seem to care. I have very bad anxiety and she needs to stop because next time she’s hostile I will report her to corporate and contact the BBB. She wants to constantly verbally attack me and treat me like I’m nothing. I told her she needs to treat me like I’m a human being. I ended up having a panic attack because of her. Maybe you shouldn’t be an ableist and have more compassion lady. The ADA exists for a reason.

The only convenience store I found that was open the morning after the hurricane, totally stocked too, gas was out but it was out everywhere else as well.

I wanted a late night snack for my 3am food run and they didn't even answer the phone. I called multiple times and they still didn't answer. Customer service is horrible.

It says open 24/7 and it doesn't even answer my calls after 3- 4 times calling. I tried also calling on different devices. -___- I really was craving a snack at seven eleven.
