This 7-Eleven is a convenience store with polite staff and a friendly environment, where shelves are well stocked. The employees can demonstrate outstanding professionalism, remaining calm, respectful, and efficient even during very stressful situations with aggressive customers. However, some male employees have been described as uncooperative, in contrast to other staff. A significant drawback is the lack of public restrooms, which is a major inconvenience, especially for disabled customers. While the store generally functions well, this omission is a notable flaw for the business.
This morning I was very disappointed as I listened to the cashier inappropriate language, while talking to an elderly man! It's sad to know that companies are not requiring there employees to have at least fair costumer service skills

It’s always male employees at this location that act Like dick. I’m buying a sandwich and you got an issue heating it up…the new girl didn’t have an issue tho.

It was a good convenience store to stop by while waiting for the bus at Lynx Central.
