The lady tried to scanm me on a vanilla card and nope they said it would not show the balance on the receipt after I used it and it did give a balance on the card receipt

I'm a doordasher and I just had an employee cancel one of my pick up orders because she was confused by it. At first I felt bad because she was working by herself but she had a horrible attitude and was being standoffish and argumentative with almost every customer. She was acting like a 15 year old in a 50 year old's body. Literally cost me 30 minutes trying to figure it out and then doing the shopping she was supposed to have done by the time I got there. All for her to cancel it while she was messing around on their tablet. So I had to deliver 1 item to someone expecting 7. And I lost the majority of my pay for that order. I will literally never go there for any reason and will reassign it with a penalty if I ever get assigned another order there.

This store always has issues. Always closed with employees inside eating snacks! They are rude and I’m surprised this store even stays open. This was at 1045 pm

This store is routinely poorly stocked, and dirty! Most 7-Eleven stores are now owned by franchise agents. This one surely must know what a poor job they and their employees are doing with the store! Every time I go in the store after dark, even though they are supposed to be 24 hours, there are two black females who constantly scream “We changing shifts! GET OUT!” It’s funny that they seem to change shifts at 9 PM and then again at 10 PM and then again at midnight! They are just a couple of lazy fat black women That are totally worthless employees, and need to be fired but the franchise owner is too stupid to catch them at what they’re doing! It’s worth the extra time and investment of your resources to go to the next nearest 7-Eleven! The store is in such bad shape that the best thing that could happen to it would be to lock the doors and never reopen again! A one star rating is too good for them but unfortunately, there is nothing lower!

Went to go in and get something and some people said it was closed(didn't work there) Then I seen the lady that works come out from behind the dumpster with a blunt in her hand and confirmed it was closed. This just happened, can't make this up.

Blocking the restrooms with boxes. No sign outside stating it doesn't work. The sound on the door is only legible from a few feet away.Walking across the street to McDonald's where they work for their money.

On july 28th I bought $20 gas at this location, the clerk wasn't paying attention and put it on another pump. While we waited for the clerk to figure out what to do, another customer pumped the gas. Despite the manager's promise to refund the gas charge, they failed to do so to this day and a call to the store manager went stonewalled. They charged us an additional $20 gas on top of that.Currently pursuing a charge back for erroneous transactions
