I only pay cash here after some questionable charges for fuel (only fueled up a 5 gallon a few times for the mower)Noticed the past few visits paying cash in store the cashier doesn't give correct change, he shorted. Yeah, it's a few cents, but he scoffed when I asked if he keeps pennies. Round up if you're not going to give correct change.Where them pennies go??

came in, paid for my items minus just a cup of water. an employee came out and started screaming that i didn’t pay for my drink, i tried to explain that it was just a water cup but he did not seem to want to listen as he continued to yell.

5th time walking to this store at 12am just to show up to a locked door and being told open at 5am. No sign on the door and the worker just doing nothing.Must be nice just to going to work in a store that serves no purpose.24 hrs just for self service at the pump worst 711.

Buyer beware the store is price gouging on products inside. Red Bull everywhere else is 3 8oz cans for $6. Here they are 3 for $9. A pack of Zephyrhills water everywhere else $4. Here it is $8.Much cheaper just to go in Publix to buy whatever product you may need that you can get here. Maybe just stick to getting gas at the 7-Eleven. If not, Wawa is right down the road. As much as I don’t like Wawa, I do believe I will be going there from now on.

Fabian the worker there he was so nice and helpful. The machine wasn’t working for Hot Chocolate, and he spent 15 min trying to make it work, then decided to make one for me manually and tasted better than the machine!! Thank you Fabian!!! Yes I really needed that hot chocolate; pregnancy cravings!

Rude and unprofessional! Staff is completely rude and this 7-11 has ZERO standards. It is the filthiest and most run down gas station I have ever seen. And did I mention the staff is very rude and unprofessional

Incompetence, lack of initiatveness, woke for just the last of legal paper or plastic, untrained on all equipment and situations when becoming a problem, no knowledge on Fuel System and thier own app features runs in this place.If anyone still wishes to patron this establishment, go for it and get taken, fooled and place that contaminated fuel in your tank.This 7-11 needs an overhaul and hire true working people.Owner should sell.Store may be tested, so carefull.

They sell expire alto pods and tell you to bad and no exchange or refund I get one that is clear and one that looks like sewer water and the rude cashier wants to raise her hands and act tough nice way to steal people’s money Dirty store and rudest people your in lake Nona act like it

I just attempted to buy a pizza from this location, when the cashier handed me the box we opened it and a cockroach came out of the box. I immediately handed it back to the counters attendant as I am absolutely horrified that I was given a pizza with a roach INSIDE the box. Absolutely disgusting. The attendants immediate reaction was to change the box and hand the pizza back to me. I left it on the counter, what horrible customer service do you have to have to ever find it accepted to hand me a pizza that a roach was crawling all over. DISGUSTING
