French tourist, stopping to refuel, I didn't feel comfortable at all, unpleasant staff and insecurity!!! Limit being attacked to give gas to a person who parked behind me. I strongly advise against it!

This is the 2nd time I have been to your store and God willing will come back MANY more. Donnell was the gentleman who helped me tonight and he was so kind, and professional! He smiled, welcomed me, thanked me, and made me feel like he was happy I was his customer.
Not only was Donnell that way, but every employee has a positive and happy demeanor. This may be the way it is supposed to be, but there are 7-11s closer to me that I pass to go to your store because of how kind your associates are.

I just left 7-Eleven where I bought cigarettes for my sister. I can’t tell you how many 7-Elevens I won’t go to in the area for the cigarettes because the customer service is so awful. But the 7-Eleven on 4999 Oak Ridge in Orlando has the most compassionate professional employees I’ve ever been to I will be going out of my way in the future to shop only at their location. Thank you, Christina! I wish I could say thank you to your coworker as well because she was just as kind to the other customers as you were to me, but I did not catch her. God bless you guys.

Im going to give you two stars because there are some serious issues we need to attend to at this store. For one you are going to have to stop blocking your emergency exits because this is actually a clear violation and it indicates a lack of concern for safety. I'm really here to aid you, I don't want your company to become subject to penalties. Secondly the staff here seems to lose the bathroom key every other day or so. So that basically must mean that they are not properly vetting each one of their customers as they enter and leave the store. Without a key no one can use the bathroom so basically now a disabled veteran like myself can't use the latrine to properly relieve myself even when I need it most. Specifically at this location, I really can't expect these guys to go above and beyond with their service. These 7/11 employees will deny water to a man who is critically dying of thirst. I think this store needs to follow the example of your downtown branch. Those people over there have had it right and have nailed the process down to the T. Without a due, Thanks again for being one of our most famous American businesses. ??⭐

You gotta carry a nasty key on a stick to go unlock the bathroom then you get in there to go to the bathroom you come out they don’t even have soap to wash your hands. So everybody’s touching their self and then touching that stick and then put it back on the counter. Not to mention the bathroom is disgustingGet it together 7-Eleven

This is the worst 7-11 I've ever been to. There is a high safety concern at this location. Just as I tried to enter, a homeless guy opened the door for me and demanded money as I left.Forget about greeting when you enter, the lady at the counter was absolutely shouting loudly for no reason. When it was my turn to pay, The cashier was just casually "combing his hair" instead of helping me. I had to ask him to scan my items and he rudely stared at me. While leaving I said have a good night and he completely ignored me in my face. These people are not professional and need more training. Second time, As I was shopping, a group of people came to me in a different way asking "you okay bro?" I said I'm okay and what was the problem. They hand eyes on and tried to steal my e-bike. I escaped from that situation immediately. This is crazy. I'm never going back.I would assume a multi billion dollar franchise like 7-11 should address my concern immediately.

Can't turn around on oak ridge from this address, rarely has hot food, and last time I went the freezers were empty.It's supposed to be a convenience store, but the city decided to change oak ridge to make it so that they could prosecute more drivers instead of enforcing jaywalking laws. So if you want to be disappointed, dodge 20 lawsuits, only pass through and not come back, and wait 3 to 5 minutes per light.....come on through....wish I could afford to movePs if you CAN avoid orlando entirely

I had the worst experience at this location. I needed to put money on my card which I’ve done before days prior, and the lady at the register needed the manager to assist. However, the manager told me it’s going to be a min because she was doing something, so I asked how long she thinks it’ll be because I had the rental car rep on the phone and needed quicker assistance. She replied a couple min. I waited a couple min and watched her slowly scan things. I watched an entire line pass me. I asked her how much longer and she said I’m not going to help you if you keep rushing me. This was after 10 min has passed. I asked her for her name. She said, “I don’t have to give it to you,” in a very mean tone. I’ve never dealt with that at a gas station just wanting to load my card. Smh. Jennifer is a HORRIBLE manager and individual!

Phone off the line. Probably to prevent telling people traveling if they use their card that they will hold 175. No warning no Stickers, anything. Bathroom was super nasty too. ? Gross establishment. Call them! I guarantee it's off the line.
