What is this new thing that they cut the pizza container into half and you should walk out the store with open pizza box? So ridiculous!!! Is it the manager being cheap and want to save 2 cents?

why lately when Amazon drivers come to fill gas, they put the pumps out of order and tell us that the gas is out? and a few minutes after we leave, out of nowhere they have gasoline... who is this situation reported to?
