I haven’t been in a while. But I thought I would give it one more chance and I was
pleasantly surprised. I noticed a completely different staff and a much more pleasant, cleaner atmosphere. Will definitely recommend and will be back.

Not a 24 hours GYM. 8/15/24 The Schedule has changed in the last 2 years and management as well. The upside The staff most remained and their customers service is awesome. The dance classes are great and the instructor is marvelous pleasant and respectful.

We've seeing where the lights used to be turned off at a certain time on weekends on gym enthusiasts. "However" that has Changed! Regular announcements are now being made over the intercom before the lights are turned off!
