So my review comes to only 1 star because I use to live in a complex around metrowest for about 3 years, NEVER had a late payment of my rent, or anything. Over January when the contract was about to be done, the realtor Laura Lerma completely change her personality with my family and I, she obviously had a bad actitud and that’s not even the worst part, I made sure the apt was amazingly clean and before I left so I could get my deposit back, but not even and email!!!!!! She has being randomly ignoring all the emails and calls we have send to her asking for an answer. Also around my time living here, any time we needed something simple like someone fixing the air conditioner, they would take like 3 days to fix it, or more.

Treated. Like. Royalty. Mrs. Lerma was a top professional during my time as a tenant answering all my questions and tracking all my maintenance requests with follow ups. High recommened.
