The team at the dolphin hotel location. is absolutely phenomenal. Niki especially is helpful, thorough, patient, and kind and assisted with all of my last minute business needs. Omar is great too - one of the most efficient business centers I have visited this year.

I was in Orlando for two conferences and used 11th Hour in the Dolphin Convention Center several times during my two week stay. Each member of the team was a pleasure to work with. They greeted you as soon as you entered their space, were quick to answer any questions, and even took time to make conversation with you while you were waiting for them to input your information into their system. Their entire staff is amazing, but I want to give a special shoutout to Niki, Kim, Derek, and Brett. Thank you for your amazing customer service and hard work for getting all of my shipments where they needed to be after the events. You are all great, and I’m already looking forward to my next event at the Swan and Dolphin!
