This place is an absolute nightmare. If I could give NO Stars I would. They allow homeless people to make it their home. They have rodent and insect infestations. Management is nice until you have a problem and then you are treated terribly. They will actually argue and raise voice/talk over you. It is not safe. You will end up with damage to your things and possibly bring home mice if you haven't realized there's an infestation. I BEG you to read the other reviews where other tenants have shared stories about mice infestation. The insurance will only cover $500 worth of damage due to insects. Property manager will refuse to have anyone higher up call you. Good luck reaching corporate office. If you like shady people and mice urine, feces then this place is for you. You truly get what you pay for. Jean is useless. I'm writing this fully aware no one is going to reach out attempting to resolve anything. This entire place and staff are trash.

The place is nice, clean and they have everything that you will need to make it easy.
Most important the customer service is excellent!
Rey was friendly, professional, helpful.

It is a pleasure working with Teniqua, her expertise & knowledge of this facility is amazing very helpful in giving her customers the best service they can get, I would recommend anyone who needs a storage unit to go to 6205 W.Colonial Dr ask for Teniqua the property manager you won’t be disappointed,kudos to you my sister keep up the good work!!???????

I wish I could give this place 0 stars because I found mice in my furniture and clothes. I was unaware until I moved into my new apartment and found mice crawling on my floors and clothes. It’s the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced. I couldn’t even fully move in during the weekend because I didn’t know how many there were. This is the most disgustingly thing ever. I highly do not recommend renting a unit here. All they could tell me is to take pictures of any damages which is stupid. They should’ve reimbursed me completely.

Extortion experts. Raised the rent to 150% with barely a 3 week notice. Then they add late fees on top of it instantly, and then lock customers out of their storage less than a week after the due date, in the middle of all these hurricane disasters?!? Despicable. You should be ashamed. Thanks for kicking me while I'm down.
