We had a pleasant conversation, she tried to help me figure out some ihair ssues I was having, without trying to make sales. “Wonderful small town store. If I want a great cut of beef I can get it there. I get my meats there on weekends and am never disappointed. They will cut it to what u want and store employees are helpful and friendly.”

“Not handicap friendly when entering the building. Free Parking and Handicap parking. Has a Subway inside store which is a good place to eat . The store is clean and has snacks ,fruit, prepackaged sandwiches. Coffee, cigarettes ,lottery Gas , Parking is a bit tricky gotta watch for people walking and driving They don't pay attention almost got hit by a truck he was busy on his phone I was just going inside to building when this happened. Not good to experience. Pay attention to surrounding please be careful everyone.”

“Always friendly. They revamped their app, really nice. They have a virtual scratch off, I won. It was a small item for . 01. I liked it. Can earn a scratch if you make a purchase. One per day. I like that. Also, their digital coupons are so easy to use. They have a dollar aisle that is great. Produce, fresh fruit, meats , milk, creamer, butter, biscuits, ice cream, pop sickles, yogurt, cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, lunch meat, deli meat (no deli), frozen pizza, energy drinks,, beer, wine, bake goods, candy, chios,dip, sweets, canned goods canned fruit”
“This is one of the best stocked, cleanest, organized, and, most importantly, the best staffed Dollar General I've ever been in. I've shopped a few times here and always have assistance with a smile if needed. Everyone is so polite. But today topped it all! I was leaving after shopping and my tire actually gave out on me. I had purchased a couple cold items and my husband wouldn't be able to get to me for a few hours to help with the tire. I went back in to see if I could return the items since I had to wait a few hours and because I was short on cash and needed a drink to hold me over while I waited. The manager on duty, I presume, put my cold items in the cooler for me and purchased a drink for me! I literally cried! I'm not sure of her name, but I am beyond grateful!”
“Clean, well-stocked, and great customer service!!! We LOVE Mr. Bobby, Mrs. Hershey and their beautiful sweet, precious little girl! I always stop when I'm out in Hawthorne. They have VERY clean restrooms! And their fried chicken, corn dogs, and potato ? wedges are always amazing and fresh!! Thanks for being so awesome Bobby!!!”
“This is the nicest and largest dollar general I've ever been to. Workers and manager are super nice and helpful. They have 3 aisles just for home decor, a decent wine and beer section, and they even have fresh fruits and veggies. It made my day honestly. Best DG I've ever been to!”

“This is my local DG! I stop in regularly and it is always clean, with fast, friendly service. They do seem frequently short staffed because there's usually a lot of merchandise in the isles, that needs stocked. With only the manager, one cashier and SOMETIMES one other person on shift, it's understandable. Those folks work hard to put the customer first, It's a good place to shop!”
“I went in to Hitchcock's grocery store to check out the prepared food, they sale. I wanted some chicken breast, coleslaw (fresh) and some good ol'green beans. Got some mashed potatoes and gravy to. A complete meal and it was yummy. 2 days of chicken dinner and it cost me $40.00 Dollars.”
“Our only grocery store in Interlachen. I give it 5 stars for their sales. Regular prices are too high. There are a few of workers who deserve recognition, the deli peple, cashier Susan, the woman in the meat department and mostly Ronaldo the man who does it all. He makes shopping there a joy, so friendly and helpful, a real asset to the store. If they would lower there everyday prices they would get better reviews and more customers. Oh and their carts are terrible, most every one has bad wheels which makes it hard to steer. The new VIP rewards and senior discounts help out a lot. I hope they keep it and add more rewards for faithful customers”

“I love my local DG. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The customer service is always so welcoming all the time. And the best part is this store is always so clean. I usually drive by the Fort McCoy DG but I always skip over it and drive the extra mile and half past my house to shop at this DG. They always have the shelves stocked and will go out of their way to find something for you. Everyone who works here deserves a raise!!”
