I went to this place and they fixed my Volkswagen headlight immediately, took 5 mins.! The staff is really nice and accommodating, the office is really nice and updated. It's so great to have a mechanic in the area that serves European cars. I highly recommend WorldWide Auto, thank y'all for your help, I will definitely be back.

I am so thankful to have been referred to Worldwide Automotive. They did work on 2 of our family cars recently and we couldn’t be happier. Debbie was a pleasure to talk to and helped out so very much. I even met Val who was wonderful as well. 2 thumbs up for everyone there! We have finally found a place we can trust and will continue using them for years to come.

The day I made the appt I made it clear that I wanted brake pads only. I go in and they quote me for rotors also. The day I called for the appt was the first day I heard a slight grinding noise, so I stopped driving the car and used my other one so that I didn't mess up the rotors. They kept telling me that the car would still make noise if I didn't change the rotors. I know how it works. My rotors are not bad yet. Which is why the place that Im at right now are changing them for me. They told me that they would recommend I get rotors but that my rotors definitely are not wore down to where I wouldn't be able to just change the pads. I have a situation going on in my life right now that has my funds kind of tight so i was just trying to make do until things get better again. If the rotors were actually bad I would of understood, but they weren't. So many ppl just want to scam ppl out of money now days like life ain't already hard.

I had my car towed to Worldwide Automotive because it would not stay running and would not shift into gear. They were able to get the transmission issue fixed so it shifts. However, they were not able to get the car to run. This sounds like the beginning of a 1-star review, right? Wrong.
After a couple of days of their time and effort, they determined the issue likely lies with the car's security system, which will require VW dealer intervention. Having owned VW's for 25 years, this really is not surprise. So, why the 5-star review?
Well, the answer is simple. Worldwide displayed their integrity and superior customer service by NOT charging me for ANYTHING, except $35 for the part it took to fix the gear shifter. They didn't even charge me for labor to fix the shifter.
They went beyond "doing the right thing". I would have understood charging me for the diagnosis and certainly for some labor, but they didn't. I will be a customer for life.

Locally owned and operated auto shop that specializes in imports. I have had several vehicles in for diagnostics and service and with great results and a fair price. I have experienced honest diagnostics with reasonable repair options based on the age and usage of different vehicles.
Personable and knowledgeable service writers make it a family atmosphere!

Another shop quoted me $1900 for a leaking seal, it felt wrong so I took it to WorldWide on recommendation. They were so kind...looked it over once for free, had me drive it for another couple weeks to check it, looked at it AGAIN for free, and said the other shop had made a mistake. No repair required. I'm coming to these guys for everything now.

Oh this is one of the most honest and genuine place I have ever been! I took my car here because I thought something was wrong with it! They called me told me it was a great car! I expected to pay one thing and it was so much cheaper than what I thought I was going to pay! They staff is amazing! I was even greeted with a hug when I picked up my car! Even got a flower for valentine’s Day from them! Wow I can say I will not be using any other shop ever again! Thank yall so much for blessing me with great news! :)
