HOURS OF OPERATIONS ARE INCORRECT. IT IS NOT WILFORD PROPANE GAS LISTING THE HOURS OF OPERTION. IT IS GOOGLE THEY WILL CHANGE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR $700.00 NO THANK YOU. PLEASE SEE WEBSITE FOR HOURS NOT GOOGLE PAGE.

Too expensive for propane and I would not sound contract with them. They are good for 20 lb cylinder only if you want to cook on the grill.

Update, google listing. Hours of operation on Saturday are incorrect. 1:15 PM doors are locked. Nobody answers the phone. Customer standing outside waiting to get tanks filled. very frustrating….ACE is the place.

These people are extremely unprofessional. We’ve had service with them for over 17 years. We moved and purchased a new home and required a gas line and kitchen stove installation at our new home. We contacted them in November requesting for a tech to come out to complete the new installation.We were put on a “wait list” and were finally contacted in Jan. (after making multiple calls) We were finally given our appt for 1/21 at 8:30 am. Therefore, we made arrangements to be home. By 10 am no one had called, we contacted the office and and were told there was some sort of emergency and the the tech would come a bit later. They finally called us in the afternoon and said the tech was unavailable until the following week Friday. When I asked for some time to ensure we could rearrange our schedule, the woman said that this was all they had- so either we would take the appointment, or contact another company. They said there are 17 other companies in Orange Park and then hung up the phone as I was speaking. These ppl have a horrible attitude and customer service.Do not waste your time! They are super rude!

We had a situation with our existing gas tank company and Eva went above and beyond to assist us. Although we didn't get the outcome we would preferred to work with them, if they treat all clients like they did me, you should expect superior service.

Woman answering phone was very rude to my 81yr old mother . Service guy out and left lid open to outside tank. My mom is afraid of the tank because last yr it was leaking so she called and asked " when your guys are in my neighborhood again please have them close it." Lady told my mother it would be 99 $ service fee. My mom got upset and the lady threatened to hang up on her. Is this the way we treat customers or the elderly !

Lady answers phone very nasty and unprofessional who says she is in charge rescheduled my parents three times with No explanation Stating there is 17 other companies that we can go to mean she doesn’t value the 17 years that we have been with them, hang up the phone. Something has to be done this action is not Acceptable.

They were able to fix our RV propane leak in a matter of minutes and with a fill of propane it was relatively inexpensive. Great service. Easier than getting an appointment at Campers Inn.
