I've been going to wawa's for over 40 years, and this is the worst service at the deli and sub I've ever had from one.
Update- I think it was just someone's bad day- had to go back sure to limited lunch breaks on work trip- subsequent orders have been better.
The place was clean and organized.

I had the pleasure of having Timothy help me this morning, in creating a meal I showed him a picture of.
He was extremely patient in assisting me with the whole order & also prepared it for me as well.

Tried to order one bowl of mac and cheese and one milkshake. Attempted to use the self checkout that continuously has issues and apply my wawa Rewards points. That caused the self checkout to ask for an associate. When trying to cancel the order and pay with the associate, my order somehow got lost. I waited for 15 minutes before. I asked associates behind the food counter if they had my order number and they said there was nothing in the system. At that point I asked for a refund and left with no food or drink. Still hungry and wasted time

When we came in it took someone 17mins to come over to us. The 1st manager came over and was rude as hell. We had Lexi come to greet us and get our orders she was awesome from the start. Then we had Jennifer the other manager , she was so nice and sweet,. She apologized for the wait. If it wasn’t for Jennifer and Lexi this review would have been a ONE STAR due to the 1st manager coming over with at attitude.

It's a gas station. Yeah they sell hot food, but what gas station isn't selling a meal now. That doesn't mean it's a restaurant.
This location is clean and open 24 hours. This is great for persons traveling early who need to grab something quick to go.
I'll also add it's a well lit location. If you have to use the air pump in the wee hours, it won't be in the dark.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible parking near the front.
