Staff is always friendly and the store is amazingly clean, and the cinnamon scent was perfect when I first walked in.
Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful to answer all your questions. I'm very hard of hearing and it's hard for me to understand voices, but this one technician was guided me in everyday, I couldn't read his name tag because it was turned around, but he guided me through my clumsy ordeal...I just didn't do what I should of done, (check my balances) for that, I extremely apologize for that. But, Thank you all for your professionalism, I appreciate you in so many ways.

I family member gifted me a few digital gift cards through Prezzee. One of the cards was a 50.00 card for Walgreens. I had the card in my digital wallet. When i tried to redeem it the cashier called a manager. I didn't get her name but she was a tall older lady. She walked up instantly confrontational and antagonistic. She proceeded to humiliate me in front of customers and employees treating me like I was a criminal. She refused to look at my card and refused to scan barcode. Asked me where I got it and talked about scamming. I was so humiliated. This manager needs some training classes in proper customer service. I went to the Walgreens down the road and the manager there took it no problem. She said as long as you have a bar code it isn't an issue.

I am very disappointed in this location! I went in with my son this morning 3/6/24 to pick up his medication his doctor prescribed him. We are military and I ran him over because it's only 2 miles away from our house. I forgot my debit card and cell phone at his house and my lighter. I thought I would have enough change in my car for the lighter but I didn't, so my son was purchasing the lighter for me. When I asked the elderly woman at the front counter if I could take the lighter back to the pharmacy so my son only had to do 1 transaction she looked at me like I was gonna steal the stupid cheap lighter and said no! Wth!! So, my son came to the front and bought the lighter. Turns out we were at the wrong Walgreens for his medication so we went to the right one and I asked if it was allowed to purchase items in the store at the pharmacy counter to do 1 transaction and they said YES! The lighter I was purchasing was sitting in a bucket on the front counter, not locked up or restricted. I will never spend my money at this locations again. How rude and ignorant can someone be! Just because I have tattoos and in workout clothes doesn't mean I am a thief!Update: upon further review of previous complaints it seems this old lady is a huge issue in this store...and possibly the manager. I am gonna go put in a complaint personally and file one with the attorney generals office and BBB. Some businesses need more action than just a google review and it's apparent this location is one of them. Complaints go as far bad as a year or more ago. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

They overcharged me on a product and then wouldn't refund me the difference. I will not be going back to this place!. Sad I spend money with them and they are loyal to customers and they don't have any Customer service experience I would like the district manager to contact me.

I will never go again Walgreens. I asked for 3 pictures for immigration. It took 1 minute to take a picture and I paid 42.98$. I think there is a lot of money in 1 minute of work, in only 3 pictures!!!!

Went out of their way to help me get my medication on a Saturday. Communication was quick and they even called other pharmacies to help me. Very polite and friendly.

Went here to load money onto my chime card. The old woman at the register kept going on about a barcode for chime, when there is no barcode for chime. Stood there and argued with me about it. She finally did what i needed after arguing for a good 3 minutes. Checked my id. Called the manager over to verify my 500 dollars was real and i said i needed to put more on then he lied straight to my face saying you can only do 500 every 24 hours. You can load up to 500 at a time 3 times a day, up to $1000 dollars. He was rude, she was rude and she was laughing the whole time at me because she had made me upset. I'm definitely calling a corporate office about the tall manager that works at this store. I'm very upset with the customer service I received today 3/23/23

Very helpful and nice staff. The pharmacist and technicians are organized and knowledgeable. Pharmacy Tech, Nathan Riley, is extremely knowledgeable and awesome to work with.

PHARMACY! I made an appointment for my Covid booster, and asked for an additional vaccine at the same visit. Told so busy and short staffed can only have 1. I chose the Covid booster. I went home and scheduled another appointment for 2 weeks later for the 2 additional vaccines I needed (regular flu and shingles). I got to that appointment, and although it shows both vaccines requested, again they report to be too busy, and I only get the regular flu shot. I come home, go on line, and they have an afternoon appointment, TODAY, available so I schedule it and will make yet another trip to Walgreens today, to get the vaccine I should have been able to get this morning at my first appointment. Instead, MORE time will be needed to check me in AGAIN, Verify all my data AGAIN, and in less then 2 minutes in the room I will get the 3rd of my vaccines. Walgreens, your employees need to get their act together, or you need to hire personnel to handle the extra load of vaccinating the public......
