Always great service! Changed over from CVS a couple years ago when they stopped accepting my GoodRx coupons. Walgreens is WAY BETTER, always friendly and helpful and goes out of their way to find you the best price for your prescriptions. They even have a discount finder on their app to help you easily find the best deal available. They understand that people don't want to overpay for meds that their insurance plans artificially inflate. Nice job Walgreens for looking out for your customers and providing excellent service!

The pharmacist was very helpful as assisted in locating a product on the shelf. The front check out was somewhat difficult as rang up the product and find price differ at that store. The cashier offered no reason so I stood aside to order online as was lesser cost?

Just got transfered 3 times, without being told I was going to be! No one was helpful, until I spoke to Jessica, who was in the store. She was very helpful and knowledgeable!! I gave 5 stars to Jessica but 1 star to Walgreens, for an average if 3 stars!

Walgreens Fleming Island you are a life saver. I went to get my pictures printed from a CD and you guys had computers that actually worked. I almost threw in the towel after I went to the Walgreens in green cove. They only have 2 computers and none of them worked. The cashiers at Fleming Island are amazing. I am glad I listened to my husband when he suggested you guys. From the bottom of my heart... Thank you

Great location. Store is clean. They are always stocked well, and staff is always professional and willing to answer questions. I frequently shopped here and place online orders as well, and they all know me by name and are very welcoming. Pharmacy can be busy at times, but they have always been professional to me and had my medication’s in a timely manner.

The store is always clean and organized and the employees are easily accessible for help whenever needed. The pharmacy staff are generally pleasant, friendly and helpful. I moved to this store from CVS due to poor overall experiences at CVS pharmacy. To be fair, the pharmacist at the CVS always went above and beyond to help me. Unfortunately, I feel like corporate policies really kept him from being setup for success. I had a poor experience with CVS corporate policies.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 7 years with minimal issues. But today they will most likely lose my business. My daughter had an ear infection and needed amoxicillin. We picked it up and she started the treatment. Somehow we lost the medication and we went back to get more so she wouldn't miss a dose. They refused to help us and told us we needed a new prescription. Ridiculous. It's an antibiotic... Now we have to restart the treatment after we go back to the doctor. We tried to call before we went and their phone system kept hanging up on us. No empathy. No wonder they have the signs to remind you not to be an a-hole.

Do not use this pharmacy
Approximately a year and a half ago, started caring for my ailing mother and moved her into the area. The Blanding store was unable to get certain prescriptions so unfortunately, we had to utilize the Fleming store. We left her prescriptions intact to the store closer to us, but we had to drive to Fleming to get the other prescriptions After one year with no issue pharmacist Lindsay, completely unprofessional young lady who is clearly suffering from caregiver fatigue…refused to fill my mother‘s prescription and told me to go back to the other store. They did not want to service me. The medication has to be ordered so four days ago I called to make sure that they were getting the medication in and now the other Walgreens does not have it so now my mother is completely out of medication. I spoke to the manager John and she says it’s up to the pharmacist discretion. Who is this woman to say no to a valid prescription even though E-Force has been checked and it is due today. Obviously she is having a rough day but unfortunately, she’s taking it out on my poor 87-year-old mother.
Waiting on a call from corporate and we have a hurricane in three days so I don’t know what I’m going to do in order to obtain the medication to take care of my mother. Congratulations Walgreens Fleming, another satisfied customer.
I cannot believe Walgreens can condone not serving a customer.
Now I’m understanding the several store closures. Corporate…not making a profit? You need to look within your stores.

On hold for 10 mins to ask simple question of pharmacy. Pharmacy tech rerouted me until it bounced back to her, then picked up receiver and disconnected. Very poor customer service.
