Young girl, the register was pretty rude. It made me feel uncomfortable when I walked in at 11:50, she made sure to tell me they were closing in 10 minutes, which I already knew upon checking out at 11:55 she said “you get digital”for my receipt. I said “thank you “she said absolutely nothing back to me attitude was very annoyed. Please speak to your staff about Customer service if you want to keep customers coming to your business. This pharmacy lost some great pharmacists and gained some horrible ones. Management at this store is awful and rude. The woman in the pharmacist straight told me that they would not hold my prescription for the normal 7 days due to the drug being a “high priced item” and they wanted to sell it. The reasons I was not picking it up right away is because they needed me to have the doctor re send the script with additional info to save me money on this drug. She convinced me to pay full price and that she would get the meds refunded. Well that wasn’t possible, so now I’m out almost $1300! If my insurance allowed me to go elsewhere, I wouldn’t think twice. Wish I could give less than one star on this review. They don’t care about patient care, it’s only about the money.

If your pharmacy techs are going to be rude to the public maybes it’s time to reevaluate, retrain and hire new people before they get the same energy back.

Lady who addressed my question was very short, and kinda rude. She seemed to be annoyed with her job. Do better

What a dumpster fire of a Wal Greens. The female pharmacist, yes the pharmacist, is Cruella de Vil. Superiority complex is rampant with her. Of course she has this complex because Wal Greens can’t find pharmacists who willingly want to work there so in her tiny opinion she has the ultimate job security and can talk down to us lowly peons all she wants without any fear of disciplinary action. Try and complain to corporate and they’ll ghost you as well. They don’t want to upset the pharmacists. So they hide your complaint, they will never reach back out and we all just sit idly by hoping and praying that she eventually moves away or transfers to another location, spreading the rot that is her personality. Good luck sustaining this business model. Let me know when you’re ready to relocate, I’ll pay for the movers myself!

Really lost its touch in the past few years with poor management. Lindsey and the male pharmacist that run the pharmacy are some of the rudest people I’ve ever interacted with. Imagine a pharmacist that treats you as peasant and he is king. No empathic help.

On December 22, 2023, I experienced racial discrimination and profiling at my local Walgreens, involving not only store staff but also the store manager, Hayley. As an African American member of the U.S. military, it was deeply disheartening to be racially profiled and disrespected, especially in front of my 7-year-old daughter. The situation escalated to the point where they even called the police simply because I had requested a receipt for my FedEx drop-off. The individuals at the store insisted that I couldn't receive a receipt digitally or on paper. Fortunately, a kind and non-discriminatory employee acknowledged the situation, apologized, and provided me with a digital receipt. The incident highlights the need for increased sensitivity and awareness in addressing racial discrimination within the store, which resulted in an unnecessary and distressing police intervention.

Made the mistake of requesting auto-refill on a new prescription a few years ago. Started getting refills much sooner than needed so I cancelled auto-refill but they just keep on coming, even after several more attempts to cancel. So what’s up with that? Seems these folks say they are overworked but they have time to fill unwanted prescriptions that no one ordered.

This by far is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of needing to fill prescriptions. I’m not sure if it’s racially motivated behavior or if the poor assistance is equally given to all. Certain individuals working here are rude, disrespectful and for some reason behave with a superiority complex. The way they look at you and smirk when you ask a question making you feel scared to ask anything. They disrespect you and turn the situation around to benefit themselves, the supervisor here lies to her own employees to turn them against patients and then she uses her position to hinder the release of medically needed prescriptions from an elderly who’s recovering from Coronary artery bypass surgery. The pharmacy then calls regarding prescriptions that have been filled and need to be picked up, only to deny the pickup because the supervisor noted on the patient’s account not to allow the prescriptions to be picked up. It’s an abuse of power one person should not be allowed. But in the light of things, above there is a God watching. Beware if your not of fair skin look elsewhere for a pharmacy if you wish to be treated as a human being with dignity and respect.

The pharmacist are always able to help with your questions. The staff is very patient with customers. They try to find the cheapest price for you. Keep up the good work!

Just done with this pharmacy. Slow and can't ever fill orders correctly. Only come here if they have something I can't get literally anywhere else. Tired of this it's like this at every Walgreens.

I've been using this Walgreens Pharmacy for many, many years and it has gone downhill. The staff is rude. They don't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Dropping off prescriptions to be filled and are never entered into system when told they are nor are they ever ready when promised.

Just experienced my third and last visit at the Walgreens Pharmacy. My first visit they did not have my scripts ready and I had to return the next day. My second visit I was scolded and told that I was not due for that script as 30 days before they had given me a 90 day supply. Cleared that up after extensive conversations. My third visit was to pick up the script that was not ready at my second visit. This time around the counter personnel tried to avoid me. Eventually, I was waited on and escaped with my script.
