Worst customer service I have heard had she didn’t great me I stood at the photo center over 10 minutes she was to busy giving the brink man her number instead of trying to help me she seen me waiting good thing the lady from pharmacy told me what I need this store is also very racist

Used to be a great place, I worked a few doors down. I went in today and selected some items and waited and the counter. And waited. And waited. I could have easily taken all of the merchandise out the door and been fine. There was nobody, for like 5 minutes. You should be glad I’m an honest person.

Don’t go to the photo center they don’t know what they are doing or how to train anyone! I needed photo paper of a smaller size 6x4 or 5x3. They were out of everything except regular paper/legal size but the photo center was open. So I figured hey they can just print me some blank pictures and there machine will pop me out 4x6’s kind of like how you can make a regular printer count paper for you…. But different. Well apparently that was the dumbest most annoying question ever because right after I asked the girl at the photo center if she would be able to give me blank 4x6 and she shot me down and we said we will just get the other paper then and we were going to grab the paper and check out (they are right next to each other a d there was no one behind us in line) before we even moved while we are still standing there moments after speaking face to face she literally shouts over or effectively at us as we are still standing directly in front of the counter and her that she can take the next customer in line (from the regular checkout line) so we awkwardly back up and say like that was kind of weird but whatever clearly she is not going to serve us rn so I decide to ask my partner to ask her one more time and kind of decide a way to pose the question so she really understands because maybe he can say it more simply because I don’t think she really understood… we finally get to the register again and ask and she says no it’s in a roll and I’m like okay but your machine flattens them before you hand them over tho like that’s part of the process I’m willing to pay the regular price it’s as simple as printing a white picture… “it comes out in a roll. if you can understand that” attitude and all in a nasty tone. Personally I was just done at that point because why are you sayin it’s in a roll still… how are you so stupid you can’t just print a white picture how are you so dumb you don’t realize when you routinely hand the customer the PICTURES or even a single picture that it’s in fact not in a roll… rather it’s flat AND cut to size… amazing…! Learn how to do something new every once in a while! Thinking is not supposed to be a skill!!

Longest, I've been going to this Walgreens on Blanding over 10 year's.I never had problem until.I went to photo department on friday december29th around 1pm heidi is team lead Heidi was very rude. Argue with me back-and-forth about my pictures. I was asking question and Heidi was not friendly at all has no customer service skills at all. She says on her name tag. She's working with Walgreen 12 year's but you would never knew about my pictures. Wee here kept getting into it. never greeted me. Heidi act like she didn't want to be at work that day she never greeted me well, she never said. Hi, how are you today? How may I help you? And I just prefer to care my business. Somewhere else. Customer service is everything it cost nothing to be nice

Day was off to a rough start when I came to this Walgreens. I was in a rush with a frantic mood. Even though the pharmacy was super busy and they were closing for their hour of lunch, Pharmacy tech David F. and Pharmacist Ryan G. handled my concerns in a professional manner and eased my frantic mood. They delivered on what they said and checked to make sure that the medication I needed was in stock before I left. My medication was ready before the time they said it would be and I received a text message that notified me. I returned after their break and I was able to get my medication just in time for my appointment. I truly appreciate their patience and attention to detail!

Need to train your Cashiers on better customer service.. tried to use my card and the machine was not taking it even though everywhere else that I used it I have no problem with it working ..and he's going to sit there and argue with me that it's not the machine and instead of just saying well it could be he says it's worked all day and I said well I just use my card somewhere else that's funny this one's not taking it.. and he continues to back talk me 6 ft Hispanic male so teach your cashiers to do better before someone punches them in their mouth
