This is the worst pharmacy. They delete prescriptions and tell you it is the IT department's fault and then say they will call your doctor for a duplicate prescription but then they do not call the doctor. The Manager Leanne was not helpful or polite. They are a sinking ship show of a pharmacy. Beware!! Update: They are out of my prescription after having my doctor phone in a duplicate prescription. I had them cancel the prescription and I had the doctor for a third time, call it into a Publix pharmacy. I will never use Walgreens again, nor will any of my family.

Been with Walgreens for YEARS and by far the best pharmacy. Even though the pharmacist seem to change from month to month, their customer service is always on point

I had a 10:00 am appt. For a Covid shot and waited more than an hour to get anyone’s attention in pharmacy! There were three people in the pharmacy; pharmacist, pharmacy tech, and a clerk who was at the drive through window and no one ever looked at the people standing at the counter to see what we were there for! I finally asked if somebody was going to take care of us and got attitude from the pharmacist and the clerk for interrupting them! I finally got the shot but, it was 2.5 hours after I had the appointment! I will never again use Walgreens for any purpose in the future because of the treatment the customers were given.

Not very good. They are very slow because they are chronically understaffed. They don’t seem to be able to hold onto employees very long. I will not be filling my prescriptions here anymore. The pharmacy area could use a refurbishment. The experience here makes Walgreens seem insensitive of their customers time. I went to Publix, and my prescription was filled within a reasonable amount of time by a well staffed pharmacy. Night vs day experience.

If you want to use the bathroom in the dark and wait an hour for your prescriptions after you were told it would be 15-20 minutes then this is a great place

Terrible customer service experience, especially when you don't speak English as fluently as they would like. Well, not the entire team, there are three people who are always willing to help you and are empathetic with the Spanish-speaking customer, two boys and a girl who speaks a little Spanish. ...The same thing happens with the customer service of the telephone line, I called twice and the calls were cut off when the translator explained the reason for my call.

I walked in the store and wasn’t greeted at all. The cashier was right there at the register when I walked in! Looked right at me and didn’t say anything.As I’m leaving the store same thing! I walked out and she didn’t say anything!Glad I didn’t need to buy anything!

Don't bother calling. They will put you on hold and keep you there for over an hour or until you hang up. This happened 3 days in a row at different times of the day.

Very unfortunate to have to be watched by a Caucasian woman in 2023, I took money out the ATM to put on my cashapp card & I walked to the card section to look for cards for Mother’s Day! She was watching so hard, she turned her head so fast as if she wasn’t watching me. I’m in my RaceTrac uniform With my daughter! Then she checked to see if the money is REAL- you just saw me walk in and go to ATM! Get over yourself!

Vivian c needs to be fired never in my life have i needed medicine let alone filled.. well first time having surgery and she wantsto argue about it even trying to tell my surgeon what to do THIS WOMEN IS NOT A DOCTOR !

Yesterday I came to fill antibiotics for both my children. I was given their prescription & nothing was said to me about it being a partial fill. I went back to the pharmacy, asked the pharmacist when I can pick up the rest of the prescriptions, & she told me the next day (today). I call this morning to verify what time to pick up the prescription (because sometimes they say after a certain time) & I’m informed they do no deliveries on the weekend & that the prescriptions won’t be available until Monday. They filled antibiotic prescriptions KNOWING my children wouldn’t have any antibiotics on Day 3 out of a 5 day dose. Clearly some retraining needs to be done. You are all fully educated to know how dangerous it is for you to not fully finish or consistently take your antibiotics especially in the middle of infection. I will not be returning to this location.

The cashier at the front counter was very rude. She didn’t say anything to me when I walked up to the counter, had an attitude when I pulled up my barcode for my United Healthcare OTC card and told me she couldn’t accept that as a means of payment even though that is one of the functions of the card. I was in a good mood all day until my interaction with the cashier at this specific Walgreens.
