First and last time to this pharmacy. I never write reviews. They made it extremely difficult to get a prescription filled. Said I needed to have my old pharmacy transfer the request-they did. Said they needed the doctor to resend it -they did at least twice. After a day of back and forth calls between the 2 pharmacies and doctor, I went and hand delivered a copy of the prescription. Then the pharmacist said she can't fill it because another pharmacy already had and I needed to call them to cancel it. Called the pharmacy, they did not fill it they transferred it to this location and said they spoke to the pharmacist that morning to confirm. Meanwhile the pharmacist is denying this and refuses to speak to the pharmacist at the other pharmacy and won't even step away from her computer to speak to me in person. She calls my insurance company to see where the prescription was filled... behold it was here at this pharmacy all along for an entire day! If she had taken an ounce of her time to actually listen to me and maybe look a little deeper into her records instead of blaming it on everyone else, she would have found the issue that was preventing it from being filled completely. Very unprofessional and rude.

Terrible pharmacy. Always a super long wait, I've never seen it be less than 30 minutes regardless of how busy they are. And the staff act like they would rather be anywhere else. Most unfriendly place I've ever been to get your medications.

Worst Pharmacy ever!! Just trying to get a monthly prescription and it’s always a hassle! It’s just a hormone too! It’s always excuses- out of stock but it’s on order, we need insurance approval, they won’t except the manufacturer coupon, , and maybe 1.5 weeks later I can get my prescription! His is constant! I have never written a bad review in my life but this has been going on for 2 years now. Shame on me for putting up with it for so long!

Every prescription I've had called in has taken DAYS.... dropped one off today at different location than normal....at 430...said they would text when ready, well they closed at 7 and I'm still here waiting on my text lol. Pain builds character I suppose.Guess I'm moving my whole family's prescriptions to a different pharmacy. So long Walgreens

Every single time, LITERALLY Every. Single. Time I try to fill a prescription here there is a problem. Medications are always delayed, staff is always short, systems are frequently down, or you have to deal with the "rotational" pharmacist who has no working knowledge of this particular store. It's beyond frustrating and no one seems to care.

Recently I went to this Walgreens to pick up medicine for my mom. There were many issues, however, none were the pharmacy fault. The pharmacists were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so happy my mother has this great pharmacy. Thank you to everyone.

Nancy in the Pharmacy is the best. That young lady has the patience of a saint. I was waiting in line and couldn't help but notice her multitasking, helping customers in line, helping the girl checking out customers at the drive up. Bagging all this sweet little old ladies purchases....the lady asked should I go up front...Nancy said no ma'am I can help you right here. Nice to see such a caring young lady.

Walgreens needs a dedicated employee for the pharmacy drive thru. Terrible service. Yesterday, I waited in line for a very long time. Once I got to the window, no employee, then an employee shows up does not speak to me, wipes down the area puts on gloves and LEAVES without even saying I will return in a moment. Finally comes back and retrieves my refill, just incredible. Will resolve the issue by transferring all prescriptions to my medical plans mail order service run by CVS.CVS mail order. Perhaps with one less customer the remaining customers will receive better and faster service.

This is the best Walgreens with responsive managers and friendly faces, they always have what I need to grab! Anytime I am in Florida this is my Walgreens to stop at!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The cashier was rude and aggressive and actually mocked me. The manager had to tell her THREE times to walk away because she was being so disrespectful.

I've been using this pharmacy regularly for about a year now and I love the convenience of the drive-thru but I am seriously considering transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. Anytime something goes wrong like the medication I have ordered is out of stock or there is another problem, they never call about it to tell me what is happening. All I see is some generic message on their website about there being a problem with my order and I have to call them to find out what's going on. One time, I waited 2 days and kept seeing that message and finally called them and they told me it was because the manufacturer was out-of-stock and they didn't know when they would get more in. Seriously?!? Call someone!!! It happened again today for a medication I really need and I had to call them three times to get an answer before they would tell me they couldn't order the medication. Walgreens, you need to get your sh*t together!
