I picked up a prescription on 11/7 and just opened it. The package says I received 9 pills and they gave me 6. It's for my headaches. This isn't the first time. I guess I have to start opening the package when I'm at the store. Can't go back now. Not super happy about this.

I just don't understand why it takes so long to get a prescription. I understand taking people in order, but 2 hours for an "urgent" need med seems a bit much. Especially when they have all your information already in the system. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy company my insurance allows or I would transfer elsewhere. As others have stated sometimes the employees can be quite rude as well. It's unfortunate because many times someone there is only there because they're not well and a little kindness goes a long way.

I had to give two stars because the pharmacists are very kind but the pharmacy staff is very challenging. I know everyone's overwhelmed due to Covid but we still need prescriptions. I would say 90% [I don't want to mention any names] are very terse they don't really feel like helping you. While I have a family member staying here I have to get their prescriptions and every month it's a struggle. If you have to use Walgreens try another one if that doesn't work for you I would just pay more by using an outside pharmacy. I'm sorry Walgreens it has gotten really bad.

As a self-pay patient this pharmacy helped me save over $400 a year by implementing the discount card without asking questions when the tech saw how much it costs for me to fill a blood pressure medication. I've now switched everything over from the rival chains because of the cost factor. The pharmacy staff here is of great help!

I received poor customer service from one of the employees that works there. Linda is her name. She didn’t even greet me with not even a smile and or hello and didn’t even make eye contact with me when I walked up to her register. However she did say hello to the customer before me.
