First visit, prescriptions were not in stock. Second visit, one prescription partially filled, one prescription required doctor contact (incomplete), Flu shot denied (Medicare), directed to another pharmacy. Total time in store 1hour+ (with confirmed appointment). Still have to make third visit to complete pickup.

They treat you with respect and care. If you have a question about your medication they take the time to answer any and all questions. Very pleased with the service.

The heavy set woman with dark hair and glasses working the drive thru window was not only pretty rude but not helpful whatsoever. You definitely shouldn’t have someone as judgmental as her working with scripts and individuals with mental health needs. Some resemblance of a decent customer service attitude is needed. Even if it’s just pretend. I would and will go out of my way to not have to deal with someone as degrading as her.

I have had one problem after another with the pharmacy staff at this location. Tonight was just one more in a long line of screw ups. I am a severe asthmatic and rely on 3 maintenance medications (not counting my rescue inhaler), and once again they are making me go without medicine I need to simply BREATHE!! I requested a 90 day refill and had 6 refills available, so thought there wouldn't be any problems. Nope! The last time I refilled, it was put in as a 60 day supply on 1

This review is about the pharmacy, and this pharmacy is seriously the worst. They put medications on hold when it's not necessary, I assume because the old grump of a pharmacist is too lazy to be proactive. Example 1. Rx put on hold because it was out of stock. But the guy didn't even check before changing the status to DELAY and he actually had enough on hand to fill the prescription. This was a time-sensitive, had-to-have Rx that he just pushed off out of laziness without even confirming stock. Example 2. (Months later) Dropped off Rx that they were out of stock on in which the tech said they actually got some in that day and would have to restock in order to fill. Would take time to go through the boxes they had. Understood. Rx got changed to "Delay Due to Insurance". Wrong. After 3 days, I called in to see why it's still not filled and there was no reason. She said she could have it filled within the hour. WTH. Honestly, if I didn't follow up in a timely manner on my husbands meds, we'd be without and that's not an option. The pharmacy techs are nice enough but the pharmacy as a whole really needs to get their crap together and start caring a little more. Oh, and the old dude needs to retire. He has the worst attitude and just needs to call it quits for everyone's sake, including his. Retire, find a hobby, and learn how to be a happy, cordial human being again.

I honestly haven't had a bad experience with Walgreens. I've been to this particular one several times and my experience is really the same. Hardly ever do I need any employee assistance and check out is always pleasant and customer service friendly. They always have what I'm looking for and I love their rewards program. I usually keep my points but I've had up to $80 bucks to use once time. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly and eager to assist.

Generally speaking, Walgreens has great customer service. The cashiers at the front almost always offer a warm greeting when you walk through the door, and the employees always seem to be working diligently — no one is idling standing around. If one department is busier than another, the employees try to help each other out.
