I am very pleased and blessed to have encountered Sofie, not only did she go above and beyond to help me as a customer, she was also a kind and genuine soul to me as a person. After the experience I had with the Fleming Island Ups location, I was so grateful to have Sofie help me.

Oh, I thought that this dark-haired girl, the foreman, was not nice only to me. It is very unpleasant to visit this office because of her. She is always not happy with something. also does not want to help customers solve shipping problems. sends to look at the site. I'm extremely disappointed.

I went to the UPS STORE at 950 Blanding Blvd Orange Park, FL, to drop off an Amazon return. There were two workers and one team leader at the counters. No one said anything to me. I walked to the last person, who happened to be a team leader. She didn't say hello or anything. I told her this package was an Amazon return. She scanned the return code on my phone and gave me a receipt. I handed the package to her. She didn't say one word during the entire transaction and no smile. Horrible customer service. Avoid this store. Go to Fleming Island, where they are friendly. She should not be in that position! I guess a positive is she didn't make small talk or try to sell me something.I'm very disappointed in UPS!

Sterling Fingerprint machine hardly works. Something as serious as getting fingerprinted should be taken seriously and should require a working machine. If my fingerprints come back illegible, then I won’t be coming back here to get it redone.

Do NOT get your photos done here. The young girls do not know the rules of passports, and don’t really care when I asked about it. They took pictures with no flash or lighting, so the shadows were terrible. They didn’t know that ears had to be showing, and they refused to try again because “We close in 10 minutes. Maybe if you come back tomorrow we can TRY.” Save your time and money. Go anywhere else.

This place used to be great. Quick in, quick out. The last few times I have gone in, there are so many people waiting in line that people are literally walking out and saying they are going to FedEx. Today there was ONE person working in the front with no less than 11 customers waiting in line. Hire more workers, your loosing tons of business!

Mail is extremely important and should be handled with the utmost care. Customer service can either make or break a business. It’s important to hire people who can handle the importance of delivering mail while providing stellar customer service.It’s a good place to receive mail and to mail out packages, etc. I receive all my mail here and I love the personalized service! Unfortunately I cannot receive mail to my home address as I don't trust the mail delivery here as there's been too many issues. Kudos to all the employees at the UPS Store.I do understand why others are unhappy with this UPS Store during peak hours it’s overwhelming inside the small store. However, I have never had a bad experience at any of the UPS Stores in Florida or in the state of Washington. Don't get me start with the US Post Office! Boy do I have complaints about their employees. lol

I went in today to send a package to England. The girl behind the counter had to ask if this was in the UK. I was shocked! However my experience only got worse when she argued with me about the content of my items being legal to ship. First of all, I'm from the UK and know what I can and can't send. I told her I've lived here since 1981 and she told me "I know". How could she possibly know, she's not even that old. Second I had everything secured in a shopping bag and she tried to rip it open to see "everything". When I told her not to do that she started arguing with me. I reminded her, I'm the customer but her attitude made me gather my belongings and leave. I've been using this store for years and never experienced customer service like this. I'm going to package the items myself and use the good old USPS. Won't ever go back to this UPS store.

My UPS package was never given to UPS. After one excuse after another, and having UPS contradict every excuse they gave, I called the police to file a report as UPS insurance won't cover it - because UPS never received it. Even the officer summarized that my package got lost in their store and was never provided to UPS. The package contained high value items. Never had this happen with the previous ownership. Next step - small claims court.

I had fingerprinting done. One card was kind of light so I went in to ask if I could redo the card. The old crabby menopausal which works behind the counter started giving me a lecture trying to make it sound like it was my fault and she wasn't going to do it over and over and over. I just asked for one car to be redone. She also works at the Fleming Island store. I'll never go to either of those stores ever again

Excellent staff. Everytime I visit I'm pleasantly greeted and they are very helpful. I was doing an Amazon return and it was taking me a good bit to bring the return up on my phone. I apologized and the clerk told me it wasn't a problem and to take my time.
