Very clean store, it's stocked, plenty of feed available.
I saw the negative reviews and it shows how ignorant America is becoming....
Everyone is whining that no one answers the phone so they can waste the clerks time price checking against the Internet and Amazon or that they closed down.
?s can't figure out they moved right down the street ?

MAYBE FIX YOUR PHONE ISSUE ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND STILL GETTING TOLD NUMBER NO LONGER IN SERVICE!! CALL ANOTHER STORE TO GET TOLD THE ACTUAL MIDDLEBURG STORE HAS TO PUT TICKET IN TO HAVE FIXED, WELL SINCE ITS BEEN A WEEK CLEAR TO SAY THIS STORE DONT CARE!! UNPROFESSIONAL!

Non of the phone numbers associated with this store are active anymore. I had to physically return to the store to find out my online order wasn’t available and would be canceled.

Friendly people. Really friendly. Just make sure someone cleaned the dog cleaning area. My dog got a ugly Bug from there

The new location is the worst one I ever been too. The new staff has very poor customer service. Instead on me showing my drivers license instead of checking my order on my phone like all the other stores. This is their new policy I think it’s racism. I switched my dog food order to hassle free Chewy. On my next visit to use the pet wash it was broken and flooded obviously poor cleaning and sanitation practices.

Drove 20 minutes to get propane tanks filled and they said they don’t fill propane tanks after 7pm

The most simplest thing this store should have is a clean restroom with toilet paper. By not doing so tells me how lazy their staff are.

Picked up a bottle of oxygen and acetylene from there and both were empty. Not to mention they charge triple what a welding supply store would charge. Bunch of scammers over there.

Speical thanks to Emily and Friends!!They saved Christmas and kept the door open for me to grab my Christmas tree!!Very helpful so I decided to grab two trees!!Keep up the great work!!!

Out of stock of the items I use regularly and should be in stock. Horrendously long line and closed cash registers. Never enough people working.
