“This is THE BEST towing company. After a HORRIBLE day of sitting on the side of the road dealing with my insurance company sending multiple towing companies to assist me from 830am to 500pm to no avail, and a meltdown, I decided to call Allen's Towing and pay out of pocket. The dispatcher Brandy was the kindest and most understanding, she listened to the situation and assured me they would be able to help me. While waiting for the driver to arrive, she kept me informed of his location and when to expect him. The driver called me when he was close. When he arrived- Nate was very professional and friendly. He immediately got to moving my car onto his flatbed truck and handled it without a problem. (3 other companies said this could not be done and left me earlier in the day after waiting hours for each one.) I paid out of pocket and they charged me a VERY reasonable rate especially being it was about 50 miles and after-hours. I will never call another towing company if I ever need one again. Allen's Towing will be my first call.”

I seeked them for employment due to recommendations from several individuals that I know, that do not know each other. They have excellent equipment and like I said before, they have a good reputation in the heavy haul industry. If my family schedule needs were different, I would of pursued an additional interview.”
