Recently visited this store, I live about 5 hours away was visiting family and no Tilly's in my area. This shirt was mixed in with all non damaged shirts all priced at 17.99. When I got home is when I noticed the damaged tag. Would've been nice if it was not blended in with all non damaged shirts or was informed it was damaged I would not have purchased it. When I called them they informed me they could not issue a refund or compensate me in any way, they told me to call customer service, where they told me the same thing. Error on their part but I'm the one that got ripped off. Beware of the store they treat their customers like s***.

After nearly two weeks, I haven’t received my order and Tillys is not willing to say the package is lost until it’s been at least 3 weeks. I won’t be ordering from them again!

Karen and Matt were a very helpful and super friendly, many kudos to them. This store is actually pretty neat, they have a ton of variety and there really isn't another store like it. Very pleased with my experience here.

Don't shop here! Purchased shoes in my size but they are way too small, no big deal, however $7 to ship them back....lame!

I purchased 2 hoodies from the tilly's website and they both arrived in what seems like child sizes... I went to return them, and the website hasn't even processed my order. I've contacted them via email 7 days in a row now and i haven't gotten a single response... and I've called everyday as well, and no one ever answers no matter how long you wait. This is a pathetic joke of a business and I would assume that teenagers run everything, because their website doesn't work and they have never responded to me. Also there is a $7 return fee... please save yourself and shop somewhere else.

I was first introduced to Tilly's when I lived in Westlake Village, CA. They have some great basic clothing from surf brand tees to casual shorts and cute dresses. The prices are reasonable especially when they run a sale. I picked up nine shirts for a little over $50 and love the quality of the fabric and brands that they carry. I will definitely continue to shop here whenever I want to do a splurge.

Absolutely ridiculous. I went online a couple of days ago and ordered a pair of duck boots to find a 3 days later they canceled it. Apparently there was one left and someone else and I ordered at the same time so they kicked me off..... Never shopping here again.

Tilly's is your PacSun on steroids. They have amazing displays and have shoes to belts to accessories. If you guys love; Trukfit, Last Kings, Yu0026R - they got it! Also an amazing perk bonus is they do Military Discount. What I also found quite keen, they ask for your email at the register. Later that night, I got an email from them of my receipt. The workers there were helpful and went out the way to find me the shirt I wanted a Large. I didn't like the set up as much, seemed crowed of clothes but the displays outside were supreme.
