It took long for my order to be completed. It was a emergency, mold in the vents and it was not taken seriously. As well as the fact I just move in, and the mold was there prior. My whole apartment needed maintenance and cleaning. It’s unacceptable

I paid my rent first thing in the morning (4:58a) on the 4th... forgetting that the 4th is late. My fault. I paid the late fee. I've never rented a place that rent is late on the 4th so it's taking some getting used to. THEN I COME HOME AFTER WORK TO A NASTY LETTER ON MY DOOR. I'LL LET YOU COME TO YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS.
