Love my Target store as it is always clean, well organized, plenty of stock and all stock is clearly priced. The staff are very accessible and friendly and always offer a greeting. I can Always find a bargain and even the Starbucks staff are very friendly.

Trying to buy a chair for my wife to nurse our newborn. The first chair had vomit on one of the cushions. We returned this chair and bought a different one. The second chair is missing the back cushion. I have to travel over an hour to replace this chair, which we spent $300 on. It seems like both chairs were returned, but nobody double-checked the items while repackaging them. It's frustrating to go through this many steps for such an expensive item.

Target pick up needs to be better with their quality checks. We picked up our groceries today and noticed an horrible smell in our car as we were driving home. Once we got home we realized the smell was coming from one of our grocery bags. Our cat’s food was rotten and there were maggots on some of the containers!
How could the employees miss this! The smell alone would be noticeable!
Don't get me wrong, I love Target! But the pickup/driveup department really needs to step up their quality control!

This store has been slowly going downhill. My wife placed a drive up order and when we picked it up (after we were notified it was ready) most of the order wasn't even shopped for! After multiple calls (twice someone picked up and then hung up) we finally spoke to someone who rudely said to cancel the items not received and re-order them. Definitely not how this should have been handled.

Young white man came out to load groceries in my car...slammed my trunk really hard. I spoke to him when he came outside and no response. I said thank you after he loaded my groceries and still no response. He walks over to the white lady's SUV and all of sudden he is polite and courteous. He greeted her with a smile and said hello. Unbelievable that folks in todays society are still this ignorant.

I had a gift card and a birthday card I was going to buy for my mom in a buggy. Then I went to use the restroom and they took my buggy away while I was in the restroom. This target is completely and utterly disrespectful this.

Everytime I try to Shop Here Things are OUT OF STOCK! Quite Annoying. I’ve never seen a Target be Out of Stock on so much. The store itself is big and clean. Employees are few & far between and when you do speak to one, they are usually miserable, unfriendly & lack customer service skills.
