LiarsCame in on September 5th, when I left it sounded like my car was going to bottom out. They didn’t not place the skid plate on correctly. Took it back and it was ruined so the manager said he would order one and it would take two weeks. A month went by and they still didn’t have it. I had to call and call then finally went up there, oh we didn’t order it get. Few weeks went by and no contact so I called again. Oh Mr Gary we have it, come in and we will install it.Fast forward, it’s been a while and I finally got over being mad about the situation. I went In for an oil change yesterday and I told them to make sure it was on correctly. Young man said…..you don’t have a skid plate.This jerk had me come all the way there and pull in and didn’t do ANYTHING!!! I have it all on video so don’t worry Take5, you’ll hear from me soon enough

The oil change was as expected Fast, Professionally done and they checked off all the boxes. EXCEPT for one. My car is a white Toyota and when I got home there were black greasy palm prints EVERYWHERE they touched. It wouldn't have taken 2- SECONDS to wipe clean. I would have given a 5 star review had it not been for that.

I had my oil changed at Take 5 previously and the oil drain plug was not put in place tightly and I had an oil leak. I took my truck back to them and they tightened the plug, topped off my oil level and discounted me on my next visit. True professional service.

I had to wait alittle but that was no problem because the two guys really made me feel like a friend and not a customer doing their job efficiently and making jokes with me. Some of the best service ever!

Great service. Wonderful staff.Down side was it was little more than what I really wanted to pay for an oil change.Still give yall five stars but you guys still pricey.

I’m new to the area from south east Florida and have never been to a Take 5. I was there around 12:30 on Monday and the 3 gentleman that were working were INCREDIBLE!! Fastest oil change I’ve ever had and the customer service was impeccable. I’ll definitely be a regular customer and referring friends and family. Keep up the great work!!

Unprofessional and incompetent staff. I went for a basic oil change. They stripped the bolt on my skid plate and could not figure out how to fix it and actually change my oil. After sitting there for over an hour while they tried to figure it out, I started asking questions when the MANAGER started yelling in my face- “ well I don’t know what to tell you ma’am , we can’t get at it! You’ll have to take it to a mechanic to fix that bolt!” Again, in my Face. So I get to pay a mechanic to fix a bolt they stripped and then get an oil change??? No. Go to Jiffy Lube! They took excellent care of me and changed my oil no problem! Only $20 more, well worth the service! You get what you pay for.

I could not be more pleased with the Service I received at Take 5 ! Had my oil changed yesterday and the service I received was EXCELLENT! Corey ,Paul and the rest of the team made me feel like I was their only customer and went above and beyond to help me. This is my third visit to Take 5 and each visit has been better than the last! Take 5 has wonderful people working for them and I have never been disappointed with my service and they have great prices and coupons. Thanks again Corey, this world needs more men like you! I love Take 5. They are so convenient, and their prices are commensurate with other service stations. You don’t even have to get out of your car. All the employees are also very courteous, and as a repeat customer, I receive coupons for discounts. Love it!Service: Oil change

Edit: I went back up there Friday and they had the part and installed it. I'm still not happy it took so long with zero communication but at least it's done. I have come to this location a handful of times and it's always been great until it wasn't. I hope the owner is reading this because your employees didn't install my skid plate correctly and I got a mile up the road and noticed a horrible sound which was the skid plate hitting the road. I went back and was told it was broken and they'd order another one and install it the following week.That was on September 5th 2023 which was almost a month ago. I have sent emails and been back only to be told they'd call and never did. I will be back tomorrow for one more shot then I'll take my recorded videos of the first trip where fault was admitted and I'll turn it over to the attorney to deal with. Please do the right thing

Super fast with waiting and actual time to do the oil change. Even with three cars in front of me they got me out within 45 minutes. Told me every step along the way so I knew exactly what was going on. They offer water while you’re waiting and make a nice conversation the whole time. This was my first time ever getting an oil change that wasn’t done by my dad and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Service: Oil change

This is the ONLY place I to go get my oil changed. Fast and Friendly. They even watch out for other maintenance that your car may need. For instance I need my radiator flushed. Would have never thought about it. Thank you Take 5. Keep up the great customer service. ?
