Very Thankful for Alex and the Crew here tonight for all the help with my Mom and Me with our phones! The team was nice enough to stay past close in order to make sure we were helped to the fullest! Very appreciated! Amazing Staff and Super Nice Assistant Manager :)

Had a great experience. I will drive here over the store closer to me that was horrible. Shantel was amazing helping me find a solution for my problem. This is the first time I have had a good experience with TMobile customer service in store.

I had the worst customer experience in this store last night. A representative by the name of Chelsea should not be in any customer service facing position she was very rude, nasty, short tempered and very unprofessional! Along with America the other rep who mimicked her behavior after barely speaking two words to me while she was assisting me. I had my 7yr o with me so I had to keep my cool. These representatives have no customers service etiquette what so ever! All I went in to do was pick up a replacement phone I chose as an option instead of mailing and they gave me the hardest time not only didn’t Chelsea not want to give me the replacement phone but also didn’t offer any option or an understandable explanation and was just flat out rude as I was on the phone with customers service to get some clarity as of the situation Chelsea decided to lock the doors as I stepped out to get some air while on the phone talking to another T-Mobile customer service rep who told me not to leave the store just yet because she was going to give me another option. I have been with this phone service for 20 yrs and this experience is what is making me look for another carrier after 20 yrs of service! Never have I ever been treated so rudely and disrespected! Thanks to those 2 you have lost a valued customer!

After coming in for an upgrade and to add a new line, i was greeted very unprofessionally by chelsea. Chelsea told me i didnt qualify for an upgrade, yet i had an upgrade available. I called T-Mobile customer service while in the store and spoke to a representative who told me i was eligible. Chelsea then turned me over to America i believe, who was very snobby and and disrespectful. America spit probably three words to me before I had enough and eventually walked out of the store. These two young ladies are unprofessional and have no sense in being in this line of work as far as customer service goes, because they dont know how to dish out any respect. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Stay away from this store, if not, avoid these two young ladies!!!! As i can see from other reviews, these two ladies had locked another customer out of the store when they went to step outside for a brief moment. Super unprofessional customer service representatives.

After taking my phone to get a new screen protector, they took my broken one off and proceeded to tell me they don’t have any and put it back on, when asked if any location had it I was ignored. I called an hour later was told by a female employee the manager would be with me in a moment and sat on hold for fifteen minutes. When I called back I was told by a different employee the manager isn’t even there! TERRIBLE customer service, typically it’s my go-to store but today has shown they don’t pride on customer service anymore!
