Waited for the manager and employee to finish there conversation and then o attempted to get a phone .the customer service representative was a smart a$$ and was very interested in selling me a phone .T MOBILE IS GARBAGE and this is why!Update! I ordered a phone online last Thursday. It is now Monday and I haven't received it yet.it came was supposed to be a S24 Ultra they shipped S24 and now I have to return it! And wait 20 days for a refund!!!!

Shout out to Rashad, it was my first time there at that location and he was professional, nice and pleasant. The other employees were nice as well. The environment was welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Rashad your attitude and kindness was awesome??? he didn’t remember me, but he was the same person that helped me get my other phone at the Fleming Island location lol…give him a raise pls if I could give 10 stars I would..thanks again Aloha ❤️??

Brandon was very helpful and friendly! We came to transfer an old number to a new SIM card, and it only took a few minutes. This is my favorite T-Mobile location so far!

My girl went here she bought us iPhone 14 promax, which is an $1100 phone and stole her charger that comes with the phone was never given a box, and when she went back to complain about the phone overheating. The manager who should be demoted to a simple rep cannot be able to help. Her phone has a one-year warranty through Apple, which I know the store could of helped, but simply because the laziness of the stores manger a simple transaction waste of time, energy, and gas. You people should be ashamed of yourself for treating people the way you do. How would you like that if that was your own family I hope that people read this review and understand if you’re spending money you should be respect. I hope you guys don’t treat other people this way.

Visited today to get my screen protector replaced with thru insurance. I know employees get paid extra from commissions but Even tho I wasn’t buying anything Joshua treated me absolutely great. Give that guy a bonus or something!

Representatives at this store are more likely to engage in and escalate a situation rather than diffuse it. Very unprofessional and it’s seems like it’s a common thing for this location.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER‼️WORST CELL PHONE SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED ‼️I have enjoyed using their product (my old phone) the service has been, beyond, GREAT, however I had my first opportunity with this location the week before. There was a wait but everyone was fine; as long as I was spending money. I went back yesterday with a problem where there were no commissions involved. Noone wanted to help. The manager got involved and became very rude. She didn't even hear me out and made very insulting comments. She treated me like garbage; one week after my new phone purchase. I was furious and wanted to return my phone(which I was having multiple problems with). I was told that there would be a restocking fee; even though I was unable to use the phone, completely, in it's current state. To give you a little background; the day before I sat on the phone for two hours being bounced around between 8 or 9 people. Everyone just passes the buck. I finally grew furious and decided that I would go back to the store where I had spent several hundred dollars the week before. Surely they would take good care of me; WRONG‼️ The people in this location didn't even bother to say Hi, or welcome to me or other customers until 30 minutes after I arrived. They didn't speak or ask our names for at least 30 minutes. SEVERAL people walked out because they were being ignored. I stayed hoping to receive great service at some point. I was getting angry by the second though because we weren't even acknowledged. Finally, after two hours, a guy came over to help but his facial expressions and body language told me that he wasn't interested if commissions weren't involved. I will say this: the guy offered minimal assistance, wasn't really interested in helping if he wasn't making a commission, but he wasn't disrespectful. The manager came over and was rude from the start. She wasn't smiling, she looked bitter, she cut me off before I could finish, and was the worst manager I've ever met. I finally had enough and raised my voice. That's when she decided that she wasn't going to help me; after all these hours of waiting. She better be very glad that I'm a level headed person or there may have been a different outcome yesterday. You don't get to treat people horribly after they spend money with you, charge them restocking fees for defective merchandise, and refuse to service them because they get upset when you and the company treat them horribly‼️My suggestion would be to, at the very least, STEER VERY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION ‼️UPDATE 11/08/2022:Let me add that the response I received from T mobile was bogus. I sent two emails and he never responded. Terrible company; mainly this location at Bellaire- Meadowbrook terrace right off Blanding boulevard and next door to Red Lobster. It's on the opposite corner of Orange Park Mall(across the street). Don't buy your device there because they will be great as long as you're spending money but treat you like garbage if/when you need help!

My husband and I finally broke down and got iPhones last night. Shout out to Bri Bri and her excellent customer service her patience and her knowledge. she really knew what she was talking about and helped us pick out the best phones for us and set everything up. I got home last night & had a few problems so I came back to the store this morning & there she was again ready to help me thank you Bri Bri for being patient and not making me feel stupid. Happy customer.

First time coming to this location. Rashad (I think that was the gentleman's name) was very friendly and helpful. He made sure I got just what I needed. I don't really come over to this side of Orange Park too often, but will definitely make sure to come to this location anytime I need their services. The other locations I have been to were either unhelpful or would try to sell me things I don't need.
