“I love seeing my regulars here at the PNC Fleming Island branch. Byron, Christina, Alejandro are all wonderful. Just the right amount of chit chat with a personal touch. However, today was a bit different, there was a new person I’ve not seen before with long hair. She is came across aggressive and overzealous with prompting you as soon as you clear the door as to why you were there and what needs I had. Why?? This is my bank my people know me.
As an Operations Director, there is is a difference in a friendly greeting versus someone jumping on a customer as soon as they clear the door. I felt like I was at a perfume counter instead of my bank.
The branch has been really great, especially in the last 5ish months. I hope this isn’t a permanent change.”

We rushed in just as they were to close- greated with a smiling hello and an offer to assist. The associate went out of her way to assist us. Thank you for treating us like real people.
