I ordered poster prints and flyers online for in-store pickup and was amazed by the quality!! My prints were super clear and ready within a couple hours. Special thanks to Jamie for his outstanding customer service!

Last two visits both Dana and Evan were very helpful. Evan on two occasions carried heavy items to my car without hesitation. Dana is always helpful when I come. Ive probably dealt with her on 5 occasions at this point in time. She really takes the time and offers help and suggestions. I didnt have my receipt to do the survey as you needed a survey code so leaving review here. Staples on Kingsley Ave in OP, Fl 32073

Just left from this location. Nancy , at the front checkout, is lucky that my receipt did not have a “please take the survey and tell us about your experience shopping at Staples today” because it would not have rated well for her. She had a very unapproachable disposition and when I left , she seemed to be quite aggravated with a question that I had asked another associate. And when I turned around (as I was walking out the door) I was able to catch her throwing her hands up in the air and shaking them at that associate as if to show her frustration with me . good job Nancy, keep up the good work.Ps. The man working at the copy center was multitasking , friendly and quite approachable.

While I didn't get two of the three items I was looking for, the staff was pleasantly helping me. And the copying section's fellow was really helpful since the machines were completely new to me! They're fully automated now, and you can only use credit or debit cards, and sometimes pushing buttons you are unfamiliar with can be daunting. Anyway, he guided me through getting my copies! Like many larger stores, there's a supply shortage on some items due to Covid and the shipping snafus around the world--not the company's fault.

I went in Staples in Orange Park, FL. On Kingsley Ave. store 1066 @ 3:31pm on 2/2/22 just to see what I can get my husband for a birthday presents. Joseph was sooo kindly enough to stop doing whatever he was doing to answer a few questions about the items I was interested in. If the answers wasn't on the box itself, Joseph took his cell phone out to look up the answer for me. From the time he answered my questions, ringing up my orders, and putting it in my car....he was soo helpful throughout my entire visit to the store. Thanks to him I got the perfect gaming desk and monitor for my husband. Joseph deserves a raise or at least a paid vacation.

I drove all the way down to orange park because the beach Blvd location could not do a simple label printing. The job was done here and everyone was kind and they greeted me in a good way. I will come back to this Staples only. Management is doing an excellent job.

When in there to make copies of the shift report and cigarette counts for my job. 100 copies of each report. $18.28 for each one so near $40 just for all the pages to come out half cut away and not properly giving me actual copies of what I needed. There was no offer of let me reprint this for you and get it fixed there was no refund nothing. I will never ever in my life go back to this location or any other location. A complete waste and money that shouldn't have been spent

Stars are for Nancy who was very pleasant and asked that we do the survey. We were happy that the store had what we needed and wanted to do the survey. I tried! There was so much thrown at me, like ads, and when I filled out some survey I found there was NO place for comments, after I had to give an Edress and a business name to continue … I put Staples…. I guess I will get more ads in my email. Survey/Website(?) wasvVery disappointing.

I am a relatively frequent shopper in this location, and have been for many years. I have seen the quality of customer service in the Orange Park store decline in recent years with multiple changes in managers, and have had multiple negative experiences in this store in recent months. My most recent experience began 3 days ago when I ordered some ink and paperclips from staples.com. When the box arrived yesterday, it was well sealed, with no shipping damage. However, when I opened the box, it was missing the paperclips, even though the invoice/picking slip inside indicated it included the paperclips. Even though this may seem like a small item, it was something I really needed for a function in only a few days. I was left with no other option other than the inconvenience of having to stop by the store so as to rectify the error in time for my needs. When I went to the store, I brought the package and contents with me, and explained to the current store manager what had happened. He determined that the store did not have the exact product in the store, but instead, only had a slightly more expensive equivalent in another brand. The cost difference was only $3.53, but rather than demonstrating good customer service and just allowing for an even exchange to compensate me for the error by Staples, and the inconvenience it caused me, he refunded me the money for the ones I had purchased online and charged me full price for the higher priced replacement. Yes, the additional cost I incurred was small, however the principle of good customer service was lost in this case. This store manager needs a lesson in customer service. I am less inclined to make this story my "go to" for office suppies. In regards to shopping at Staples, this was one time I can say, "That was not easy"!

The guy at the printing station (Long hair, white, youngish) is very polite and helpful. Never had any issues.,,, no complaints.

I went in asking for a cell phone holder for my desk and they were totally clueless as to what i was talking about. Was i at a store where they are supposed to be experts for anything related to office products? I guess their education level wasn't up to par because the Staples on San Jose knew exactly what i was talking about!

Literally never go in here and when I do 2 bad experiences. First they had k cup coffee on sale, with a 6.99 sale tag in front 3 diff flavors k cup boxes. I went to go buy bunch and they cashier said the sale ended and wouldn't honor sale price. The normal price was 2x as expensive. Second had a single page laminated and paid 2x as much as Kinkos/fed ex. Unlike Kinkos u can't do it yourself here and u have to pay them to do it on top of the the fee for normal lamination. Super unprofessional normally if store has something on shelf on sale they honor price and take it down after. This cashier acted like I was taking it out her pocket. Spoke to store manager and although he was, he didn't offer to sell me coffee at the sale price either so that was a waste of time.

Very rude!!! I needed too ask about a product, "The manager" was talking into his headset when me and my Mother walked up. We waited till he was done then I said hello to the man and he got up walked away. Like he didn't see or hear anything!
