Whatever you do please don’t order a bed through this store. I’ve had nothing but headaches with sleep number. No one wants to help. If I could take it all back I would have never bought a mattress through this store or company in general. Brandy is the worst sales person there. All they do when they mess up with giving improper information is “call customer support and freak out on them”. That’s what I was told to do. Nothing but an absolute nightmare to deal with. No one in customer support wants to help. Save yourself the headache and go through another company for a bed. There products are way over priced and isn’t worth the money.

Nice staff. Can't review the bed yet, as it has to be built when bought. It takes a month to get a bed, apparently. Can't wait to try it!

My salesman was amazing! He spent time going over all of the options and made suggestions. He listened to my concerns and gave great suggestions.This is my 2nd sleep number bed. My current bed is 16 years old

Customer service is horrible was on hold for over 30 minutes, place number in automated system for call back never received one an that was 3 months ago. Same situation today on hold over 40 minutes place number in automated system for call back at 1:30 it's 3:30 still no call.

I purchased a bed on the last day of their holiday sales and was rushed to make a purchase because of that. I was told that I had 100 night trial and if I didn't like the product, I could return it with no issues. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to deliver because it is made to order but was given a delivery date of a week after my purchase? Then because I didn't answer a call from them they ended up pushing my delivery and giving me even more problems. Once they came the technicians set it up in less than 30 minutes and it looked like an air mattress. We were hesitant but hoped the knowledge and information we were given would prove to be a good product. Me and my fiancé tried it for almost 2 weeks and were getting worse sleep than before. It caused a lot of body aches and pains and little to no sleep. When I called to return it I was told they could send additional padding and to try another sleep setting to let our bodies adjust. When the technicians arrived they set it up in 5 minutes and when we talked to them about the discomfort and overall unhappiness with the product, they told us that the customer service reps don't know anything about the products and that they tell the customers what they're trained to tell them. So we tried the bed out for an additional week and were still just as uncomfortable. We spent over $4000 on this product and expected it to be immaculate. So I called and told customer service yet again that the product was not comfortable and wanted to return it. I spoke with a woman who was extremely rude and inconsiderate, she made it seem like it was my fault the product was uncomfortable and tried to sell me another mattress rather than just listen to me. When I wouldn't accept an upgrade she got an attitude and made the entire experience even worse. She told me the base was final sale and after expressing to her that no one told me that and was told it could be returned, she kept saying well it was in the terms did you not read anything you signed? I expressed to her I did not purchase in store and never signed anything and she still wouldn't even say sorry for the bad experience. I ended up asking to speak with another rep who was way more considerate and ended up helping me get a return on everything. After calling support to set up the return I was told I would have to pay an additional $570 for the restocking fees and delivery fees? I was also told we couldn't be reimbursed for the initial delivery fees so we are out of $1000 on this product. My fiancé who used to work in warehousing told me the restocking fees are BS and a way to get money on the product still. After the experience we had and the headache this product has caused I am so angry and think we shouldn't have to pay. I will blast this company on social media and tell everyone I know to go with another provider. I will never purchase from here again. This company should be ashamed and educate their employees on how to communicate with their customers more. This place is a joke!

In 2019 we purchased a sleep number mattress. In October 2022 one side of mattress started deflating. With the prorated warranty and the installation fee it is going to cost another $278 to get it fixed. Sleep Number mattresses are over priced air mattresses. Beware of this product!

I purchased a sleep number mattress in 2019. Now in October 2022 one side of the mattress is deflating. Supposedly it is under warranty but you need to read the fine print. I’m now responsible for 32% of cost of new mattress and they want someone to come out to install. What started out as a happy purchase is turning out to be even more costly.
