Location Good,Room was awesome,Staff friendly..4 out of 5.. Could have been a better score if my KEY wouldn’t kept going out. They said my key was being demagnetized. I’m not sure about that. At least overnight security was there to open the door.

Not sure why others had a bad experience, but my experience was good. One thing Most need to remember, Orange Park area is not the best. But, not all that bad either. It’s what you make it. The renovated rooms was good, Way better than the old rooms. I’ve stayed here when it was Stay Suites- So believe me when I say These new rooms are GREAT! service was good. Maintenance work was average from what I seen. Office staff Good, Manager seems to care, Over all I don’t think it’s bad, especially compared to the previous owners!

We have stayed at suegel select about 2 months.They are renovating the rooms. All new!! And the rooms include full shower and the kitchen has a stove top and microwave. We love it.The staff is top notch. IVY, SUZZANE AND BILLIE ARE AS NICE AND ACCOMIDATING AS CAN BE.THE MAINTENANCE MAN, ANTHONY IS A SUPER GOOD WORKER. HE RESPONDS TO MAINTENANCE CALLS ASAP.

I had to put a star to be able to post GET RID OF THE MANAGEMENT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CREEPY there staff members are drug addicts and they have alot of illegal activities going on and the manager he knows about it the rooms are so outdated even the upgraded ones it's a joke here the doors are unsecured drug addicts hanging in front of your door roaches very nasty place it's mostly the staff and managers there need to keep property clean and make all them drug addicts get it together and all the illegal activities they cheat you and charge you for an upgrade and all the rooms are ran down and filthy my wife came here because she was desperate for a place to stay DO NOT STAY HERE RUN THE OTHER WAY TRUST ME

No pool so the flyer are wrong room if you get a remodeled one good the others are bad would good somewhere else, for the price do not stay here.

The stsff was very nice. Christina explained the history and the future of the building however we couldn't get the door open to see the rooms, many being renovated. The $ wasn't affordable as most every rental in Florida especially for the current shape and location. Best wishes to them.

Old. Needs remodeling (rust in the sink;crud or mold between two sections of shower; air conditioner right on top of the bed). Smallest TV I have seen in last 15 years. Low price, but don't recommend.

Looks like a cleaner version than the one on Blanding down the road from wells fargo. I stayed at the one on Blanding and had no issues and to be honest wasn't a bad spot it's there when you need a place to stay for extended amount of time when you need it the most it's here for you and no judging we all been in a tough spot so just stay positive and keep moving forward also I never met a lady of thenight here but make sure to stay safe and wear a raincoat when you play in the rain lol

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT rent a room from them unless you want roaches in your food.The rooms are disgusting.The night front desk clerk had to switch our rooms at 12:30a.m. due to the roaches, and we still had the same problem in the new room. The owners are horrible. They wouldn't give us a refund even though we slept in the car. I am definitely involving the BBB as well as other authorities.
