Reference, your rude employee KaitlinWe went in to purchase paint stick-ons. They are $3.95 each or 4 for $14.00.We picked 4. The kid rang them up at $3.95 each. It seems like he is new. (No problem) So he asked Kaitlin what to do to correct it. Mean while he couldn't figure out how to correct the transaction . She told him loudly what to do SO they can get their TWO dollars back!Then I asked her if these white paints come already mixed, (because I read that some of them do) with a flippant attitude she said, NO, we will stand right over there and mix them for YOU.Now we will not go back to that store because of how rude she was.

Amazing expertise, patience, and service! I had to try to color match and went back to adjust when Trace suggested that I remove a switch plate and use an exacto knife to remove a 1 “ square paint sample. I did and he matched it perfectly! I did not have to repaint a huge wall with vaulted ceilings. Trace was professional and caring! I will be back to this new store! Thank you!

The customer service here is for a better word lacking. On a Saturday afternoon there are a total of 4 customers and 2 customer service representatives with other’s coming in and leaving. The problem, one is mixing paint and ignoring everyone else. The other is with a customer for 40 minutes and more, so if you come here expect to wait and wait and wait.

Gerald at the Orange Park location was very helpful and friendly. The base had to be brought over from another store and it arrived the next day as promised. Actually it was earlier and that was nice.Some products you need to buy the top of the line. Paint is that product in my opinion. It’s worth it in the end to pay a little more for quality paint.

Went here to seek help in matching the paint on my front door as my builder used all Sherwin Williams paint. When I arrived at the store no one was in there except me, however I was left for about 5 minutes before anyone helped me. Once someone did ask if I needed help (obviously, I'm standing looking directly at the counter) they then proceeded to tell me they couldn't color match the door. No samples could be given because they didn't have any base to mix colors and their fast drying door paint wasn't available. Overall, I only got told what couldn't be done from a store that specializes in paint. No offers of any like colors was made or which products would work best in a metal door. Interestingly, their color match app was able to match the door paint so I don't understand how the store couldn't do it. I left and went to Home Depot. See that review for a polar opposite experience. You couldn't pay me to ever come back to this store. They don't care about selling their products or helping a customer. They're a total waste of time.

Last year during the pandemic, we had a great experience and service. We called and gave our lot number for our home, had our paint mixed and ready for us for curbside pickup. Today, when we went in, we had a completely different experience. For one reason or another, the rep would not work with me. Said they didn't service our home/neighborhood, even though they had our info before. I even had the exact paint number and they still wouldn't work with me. I picked up on the fact that it didn't matter what I did or how much info I have, the guy behind the counter wouldn't work with me for one reason or another (can't say it had anything to do with my age, race, or gender but I personally felt it was because I was a woman.) I'm not a feminist but as a woman, I know when a man is talking down to me or belittling me. I just walked out the door in this instance. Ended up going to a different SW store and had amazing service...by a woman.
