Friendly, helpful staff yet very professional. Facility is not new but is clean and well maintained. Security appears to be adequate.

The only small issue is that the web site is a little deceptive as to the actual total price to be paid. It may be stated in the small print a couple menus deep, but there is required insurance added to the monthly charge, and the price quoted online doesn't prominently mention it is a 3 month promotional rate. Plus, their doors use a special lock you almost certainly will have to buy from them. However, with all that said, the final rate is competitive so I am not unhappy.

All said, I am glad I tried them and very satisfied with my experience.”

We had a bit of a traveling issue which pushed our arrival time out a good bit and she was willing to stay later than the normal office hours to ensure we were able to take care of everything we needed! It was such a relief as we live an hour away, to not have to come back another unplanned day! Her very kind actions and attitude are very hard to come by these days! “This U-Haul facility has it ALL!!! Moving trucks, moving trailers, moving supplies, U-Box portable storage, and a staff I personally dealt with went above and beyond in accomplishing over the top customer service!!! They likely provide more services than I can think of or recall. I needed to rent a U-Box to move my daughter and granddaughter to St. Augustine from California. Taking care of the rental was a simple online task and the location of the business in this review was the closest to our home. We only had until a certain date to empty the U-Box or pay for a month of storage at this facility, which is an option for as long as you need to do so and it's less costly than renting a storage unit somewhere else or having it delivered to your driveway, which is also an option. I worked with the manager, Ryan, and he was very helpful, provided outstanding customer service and was fully understanding of our overall situation which is far too detailed to include herein. The only logical, and least costly option was to rent the 10' truck. Only one was available and it had just been returned when we arrived to empty the contents of the U-Box and load it onto the truck. However, after Ryan had checked the back of the 10' truck he told me that it was extremely dirty and offered us a 15' truck at the same price. That is likely something he didn't HAVE to do and could have just told us that all he could do was rent us a 15' truck for the extra $10.00 and I am very thankful to him for that. $10.00 isn't a fortune, but when you consider that you are required to return the truck full of gas, every little bit helps, especially in our current economic condition. Another associate, whose name I cannot recall, was kind enough to back the truck up a ramp to make it easier for us to load the truck from the U-Box without having to do it outside in the heat and humidity. It wasn't air conditioned, but it was out of the direct sunlight, so definitely a plus. By the time we loaded the truck and drove home with the contents, we were too exhausted to empty it so we waited until the following morning. That took some time and I became concerned that I might not make it back with the truck by the time it was due. I contacted Ryan and discussed the issue, and he was very understanding, in fact, he told me they would allow me extra time (within reason). It's not easy finding customer service of that level anymore and I was very thankful for his understanding. My bottom line; if you need any of the types of services offered by this facility, do yourself a favor and use it at this specific location. Everyone from start to finish was outstanding regarding all facets of customer service.”

“In this world of the economy that we have and the poor customer service I can tell you that my experience at this location was nothing but top notch. Lisa is a complete treasure, she is professional yet very kind and very polite. Every single time I either went in to the office or saw her on the grounds I was always greeted with a smile and a wave. This location is very clean and has easy access from Blanding Boulevard.

“Great experience as usual. I have always used Uhaul for moving, but this time I decided to try a different company (Penske). Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Bottom line, I was unable to leave with a truck that I reserved 1 week in advance and was left with movers at my house waiting for me to arrive with a truck. It took me going the next morning to Uhaul and getting a truck right away. The service and experience was flawless and the end was cheaper than Penske. Thank you Uhaul for coming through. I will not use anyone else in the future. Lesson learned.”
