I've been renting 2 storage units here for over 5 years now. I hate that the prices are keep going up every year and they keep changing companies. If it wasn't for Ms. Cecilia Barton I've would of change storage companies. She is best property manager this comanay has and honestly every time I have had a problem she was right there to fix it. She treats you with respect and is kind and sweet towards you. After meeting her 1 time she remembered my name by heart and always greets me when I see her. Her customer services skills I give her a 10 out of 10 and her management skills a 10 out of 10 (10 meaning best, 1 meaning worse). If you want white glove service then this is the storage place you want. Make sure to see Ms. Cecilia beacuse she will answer and take care of everything you need like she has for me.
