Been with them for years. Hit a rough patch in life as is to happen. They jack up my rates by over 30%. No warning or explanation. Typical insurance company behavior. The classic Matt Damon vehicle Rain Maker comes to mind. They treat you like garbage at this location. Stay away!

Had the most pleasant experience speaking with TIJRAH she explained everything to me and was actually able to save me over $100 a month on my policy she was so very helpful . Tijrah spent over an hour on the phone with me, explaining everything to me in detail and answering every question I had probably one of the best experiences I’ve had on the phone with an insurance company ever.
