To be honest, it is something unusual to be able to have an experience like the one I had today with Miss Malena where her professionalism is something that characterizes her, very charismatic and really makes you feel that you are in good hands, to whom it may concern I think she would deserve a bonus for your kindness

Absolutely no complaints here. Michelle Robinson has absolutely saved my bacon. She has gone above and beyond for me, and helped me understand things that didn't make sense at the time. She was quick to move when needed, and thorough with her work. Extremely thankful.
