I’ve been to this location twice, and forever my last time to walk into this facility. Never have I experienced disrespect and terrible customer service as I experienced in this location!! ???

The worst service for walk-ins. We had appointment for 9:20 in the morning and had to travel 40 mins as we couldn’t find any open appointments at the nearby locations, because of traffic we got late by 15 mins and they cancelled the appointment and put us in stand by. We are waiting and the person drawing blood just told us that they will take stands by until 11:20 and won’t be able to get anyone else. The other old lady was so adamant and rude. There are not many appointments showing up, looks like they are doing the work slowly on purpose so they don’t have to accept more walk-ins. Ridiculous tactic and service. Just noticed that majority of the reviews are bad and the owner selected the review with 5 stars to be shared with senior management. How convenient??? I would have given 0 stars if I could.

Had to give blood, which has always been painful, but Myra did my blood draw today and it was 100% painless! Give this lady a raise!

I didn’t get my test done even though info was in computer “they couldn’t find it “ wasted my lunch break went across the street and had it donePs I even showed her the dr order she rufused to do it —-very dissapointed will never go back ?

Pretty typical 2022 aggressive, argumentative, and angry attitudes from the employees. Middleburg location and other Fleming location have been good experiences. This place…just awful. I brought my 2 year old in. No one else on the screen, no one else in the room. 3 hours before closing time. The phlebotomist- Sharinda, Lashanda, whatever her name was had an attitude from the jump. She stated that she wasn’t sure if she could perform the blood draw since she’s the only one there. I, being a nurse myself told her that I’d help if she needed. First arm, no vein, second at I myself could see one so she had no choice but to draw it. Reluctantly she did. My child started screaming as most toddlers and babies do when getting poked. I grabbed a glove to blow it up to distract him. She snapped and said “no, we can’t “waste” any supplies” I just laughed and said ok. She as trying so hard to have an issue with me. You can see the anger seething through her. She is not a good phlebotomist and doesn’t need to work on adults but certainly not children. I think she’d the type of person that got some sick enjoyment by watching my baby screaming and petrified. And her way to “be in control” is to say no to the glove. She’s pathetic. And she always will be. I hope she loses her $15/job and ends up homeless with that demonic attitude. She needs a dose of humble pie. And had my child not been there I would have given it to her. I’m sure they’re great, but if you need to have labs done within a two week window, don’t pick this location (they “allow walk ins” but I just walked in for the third time this week to wait for an appointment and was turned away.

Easy to make an appointment. But unfortunately, this office Personnel has the worst attitude. I will not recommend to any of my family or friends. The worst feeling is to need labs done and have medical personnel treat you poorly, no options given and being insulted. Don’t give a zero ‘cause it is not possible.

Had an appointment and STILL waited half hour to be seen. Place had a strong odor of bleach. Customer service DEFINITELY needs to improve! You, by no means feel welcomed here. I won't be back.

I’ve never done a review, but this time I needed to do one. Due to the circumstances for what I went thru.I will never even think about making an appointment at the Flemming Island location, inside Walmart. I was treated with the most utterly disrespect.The technician Ann, is the most inconsiderate tech I have ever dealt with.I went in, I said; Hello, how are you? Ohhh I just looove your hair, I wish my hair can twist like yours, but I have straight hair”She said, She has a special brush that can twist the hair like that.Then it went like this…Gave her my insurance card, she said my insurance wasn’t working, I called United, It was working!Then she said I wasn’t in their system, I call the Doctors office, I was.Then the numbers on my insurance card wasn’t matching the one in their system, call my insurance AGAIN & they emailed me the card.She said “she couldn’t take the information via email, because she needed to scan the card” she just told me to ask for an email for my card O.oAt the end she said, that she had others patients that she needed to attend (there was no body in the waiting area)She said that she had a meeting @ 2 & I needed to make another appointment!I went to the Middleburg Quest after I called & explained my situation, they took me in…With All due respect, every word she said about my insurance card not working, me not being in their system…was A LIE!!They did all my 3 different Doctors blood work.I always go to the Middleburg location but they didn’t have sooner appointment. So I foolishly made one here…I will rather drive all the way to Orlando Fl, than to come there again (& I live in Orange Park). No wonder that place is always empty!!SOME people doesn’t appreciate a good compliment.I wish we could go back in time were everyone said something nice to someone..A hello,A good morning.A how are you? without them thinking you wanna go sleep with them. SMH!!Outrageous

Scheduled a appt for 1040 wasn't seen till 11. There was no one else in the waiting room besides me. Upon entering there was boxes packed in the hallway barely anyroom to walk. I went to take my urine test there was no hand soap no trash can. There were boxes on the floor so had to step over them with urine cup in my hand. I will never go there again.

I went to Quest inside Walmart today and Treshawna went above and beyond for my son and I. She was so personal and calming and had a great attitude. Wish there was more of that type of person around these days!! She was Awesome!!!!

The nurse did an amazing job and kept talking to me because I get dizzy when I get blood drawn. She was gentle and kept talking to me so I wouldn’t think about the needle.
